I've been seeing Dr. Garber since he took over the practice, some 25 (?) years ago. Dr. Garber and his entire staff are professional, personable, and always accommodating. They do excellent work and I highly recommend them.

Just called to get an appointment. The receptionist was incredibly rude and kept Interrupting. I seriously couldn't get a word in. I am 100% not going to them based off of the first impression.

Extremely rude and dismissive staff. Clearly they are overworked and underpaid, but that isn't an excuse to have abysmal customer service. This is the place for you if you like to be treated poorly and have your dental work done in your grandma's living room.

The office was clean and beautifully decorated. Everyone was friendly and effcient. I was taken to my room on time. I am thankful I could come in the EVENING. The person who cleaned my teeth was the best ever. Everyone in the office was very nice and I had a good experience. I am grateful you have taken me as a patient.

They use contracted dental hygienist. You never know the skill level of who you'll get. My last cleaning and x-ray lasted less than 20 minutes including time for hygienist to ask questions on equipment operation. Will never go back.

This review is about front desk office workers, NOT about Doctor Garber I've never met, they simply didn't allow me to see him... I was at the office a month ago with my dental problem, the office workers took a picture of my mouth, insurance info and my name and promised to call me in a next couple of days to schedule an appointment. I didn't receive any call from them for a week, so I called them and was told that I'll receive a call on the next day, but they have appointments for September only. They never called me back. Based on Google reviews, Dr. Garber is a great doctor, so after almost a month I decided to try again to schedule an appointment with him and called the office. The front desk worker asked me to fill out the form on their website and told that the nearest appointment they have will be in November only. I told her they already have my information in their database and that It works for me to have an appointment in November and asked to book one for me... then she just closed the phone. I don't really understand what happens in this office, maybe they accept patients based on their insurance? Or maybe the work with some specific dental problems? ... Then Why just do not tell "We're not working with your insurance!" for example, or "We don't work with this type of dental issue", or some other reason. DOCTOR GARBER!!! Your workers gives your potential patients the HOPE that you will help them, but never call them back to invite them for a treatment? Sorry Dr. Garber, but It does't look professional!!! Short update! Immediately after publishing my review, I received a call from the office with the promise to give me an appointment in exchange to take my review out. I asked her to send me a confirmation for this appointment, but she said she wouldn't do it before I delete the review. On top of that she said if Doctor Garber would know about this review, he would't work with this type of "NASTY PEOPLE"! I'm just speechless...

My visit was October 17th 2020. My anxiety was extremely high over visiting the dentist due to Covid but I was having some tooth pain as well as being die for a cleaning. Dr. Garber and his team, from the moment I called to schedule, through the COVID pre-screening, through my arrival, and through my visit, the compassion and care was above and beyond. They put my mind at ease and everything was done writ the utmost adherence to protocol and more. Even before Covid their safety measures were above par. My temperature was taken not once but twice because it was cold out and they took it again when my body settled to room temperature so it would it be a false reading. Air purifiers galore, gowns, masks, screen shields, and they even had me wear goggles myself while I was in the chair. My hygienist was so gentle and thorough. My teeth feel great! Dr. Garber came in, looked at my teeth as well, and he also made me feel comfortable and he made me laugh a few times. :) Thank you to your whole team for all you do!!

Dr. Garber and my hygienist, Patty, were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything they were doing and everything they recommended. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and I greatly appreciated this. The office is nice and clean, and I felt comfortable with their COVID-related safety precautions.
