Dr. Pitzen earned his degree from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry. He has experience in almost all dental disciplines, including cosmetic restorations, implants, oral surgery, root canals & periodontal therapy. His experience allows him to treat even the most skeptical of dental phobics, as well as children as young as three.
Dr. Pitzen is passionate about his family. Soon he will celebrate his 18th wedding anniversary with his college sweetheart, Christina. They have three wonderful children Ashley, Drew and Gabriella who keep them very busy. You will often find them playing sports, camping or just goofing off.

My youngest struggled with trips to the dentist to the extent of not even opening her mouth for a visual. Then we were able to start going to see Mike and his wonderful team. From the very first visit, no more struggles. In fact all three kids look forward to going. My husband and I also go to this team.

I've been a patient of Dr. Pitzen for many years. I had a routine visit recently. Brandi, my hygienist performed her usual excellent cleaning and polishing. In this case I forgot to take my arithromyacin prior to my visit (needed for my knee.) No worries. After taking the meds Brandi did the procedures in reverse order to give the meds enough time to take effect. In short, the staff is professional and pleasant from the receptionist (Sandee) to the hygienists. I would recommend Dr. Pitzen's practice to anyone who is in search of a professional, highly competent practice.

These guys will start off super nice miss one appointment they will kick you to the street even though my face is swelling the size of a golf ball . They won't do anything about it and I've been going here for a while now . Do not I repeat do not go here all they think about is money and not your well being

As a patient of Dr. Pitzen, I honestly feel that my teeth are in the hands of one of the best dentists in the South Puget Sound region. He is a true professional yet is always just a smile away from a laugh. When he took over from the wonderful Dr. Walker I was really afraid I would be looking for a new dentist, but after a few visits I was convinced I should stay right there, and have never regretted my decision. The support staff all stayed as well and they are all terrific. I have had some challenging problems with my teeth and Dr. Pitzen has handled them all beyond my expectations. If you are looking for a dentist for just yourself or for your family, you could not go wrong here. It is like becoming a part of a family as you get to know the doctor and his staff.
