Palmdale dentist Dr. Giovannini has always had an interest in the health field. After exploring different health related careers he chose dentistry due to the hands-on aspect, work hours that are better for a family life, and reallywho doesnt love a great smile? He grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL and moved out west to study at USC University of Southern California where he graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences. He returned to Chicago to attend Northwestern University of Chicago, IL where he graduated with honors with his DDS degree.
Dr. Giovannini then completed a one-year dental residency program at V.A. Hospital in Chicago, IL. Afterwards he moved to Antelope Valley and worked for three years as an associate dentist. He then decided to open his own practice with the philosophy of not only helping people achieve the smile they want but also to provide a dental office in Palmdale that puts patients first. He is dedicated to his patients comfort and respects their time by remaining on schedule.
Since moving to Antelope Valley, he has been very involved in the community. He has coached youth baseball, basketball, and football. He has been on the local hospital fundraising foundation, the local school fundraising foundation, and has been an active member of Rotary for over 20 years. He lives in the community and does his best to give back to the community. He is currently a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

It would take 3 pages to list all the reasons my first visit with Dr. M was PERFECT, but to highlight: The offices were pristine, the staff was welcoming, thorough and professional, and the doctor was an absolute star! He was personable, kind, extremely knowledgeable, provided options, and instantly made you feel his care for you was his number one priority. I left pretty much in awe of the whole experience. DR Roland Markarian was amazing. Im very excited that such a great Dr took over for Giovannini. I was nervous because I get bad anxiety at the dentist and Dr Markarian was very understanding and gentle. I am usually very sore the next day after dental work, but not with him. I was very pleased with him and the staff. I highly recommend Dr Markarian. Thank you for being so caring.

The new dentist, Dr. Markarian (I hope I spelled that right) is amazing! We loved Dr. Giovanini and were so sad to hear he had retired but he chose a wonderful doctor to take over his practice. He's very kind and patient with you, especially children. The fact that he also does orthodontics is even better! The office staff is amazing, too!! Always kind and it's very calm and clean when you enter.

I was very impressed with this office, and I speak from experience. My family owns a dental manufacturing company and I worked for dentists as a young adult. I also deal with some complicated issues, so I give praises to this practice: Very little wait time, friendly staff, Dr. Giovannini listened and also explained things well. He was gentle and kind with a professional demeanor. I do not have insurance so I had to pay out of pocket; he has the best fees in town that I have been charged. I'm so happy with his services that I am recommending him to friends and family. I have been living in this community for 26 years and have seen some fairly decent dentists, but I finally feel like I found the best in this valley!

Should be called in n out dental work. Dr. Mike is so good you're out the door before your realize any work was actually done. Always a painless experience. I would recommend him but I don't want him to get too busy.

Went to Dr. G for the first time today. Several appointment reminder texts which were great. The staff was extremely friendly. Probably the cleanest drs. office I've ever been to. Dr. G did a thorough exam as did his hygienist. Easy to find and parking was great.
