I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Ntuk and his staff! They are professional, yet personable and really care about my dental health and happiness. They are great about working with my busy schedule and they always follow up with sincerity and thoughtfulness after my family's procedures. I greatly recommend working with Dr. Ntuk! Like THEY is DA BOMBBBBBBBBH

Went to D. Michael Ntuk to pull one tooth, do a root canal, and crown another. Now, I'm experiencing chronic tooth pain in the same teeth that Dr. Ntuk repaired. Call his office concerning my experience and was told to take an antibiotic. I was further told that I was scheduled for an appointment one week away! Wowww!

I referred my cousin to Dr. Ntuk and she googles everyone. She informed me that the only review on his page is very negative. I decided to write a review because it's always two sides to a story. I've been a patient of Dr. Ntuk for more than 12 years and have referred many people. I haven't heard of anyone being dissatisfied with his services. I highly recommend him to anyone that looking for a friendly environment.

Wonderful dentist. Dr. Ntuk and staff are very friendly. I have convinced two of my friends who had complaints to switch and they are also very satisfied. He has convenient hours and I didn't have to wait long for my first appointment or when I need to change appointment times.

I chose this Doctor because it is at the corner of my street but convenience isn't always best. As I waited for my appointment the two people ahead of me each stormed out of there appointments and slammed the office door. Finally my name was called and his assistant took my X-Ray's. I asked her what kVp and mAs she used and she had no clue which she should have some type of limited X-Ray education, so they don't know how much radiation they're giving to their patients. So the doctor came in looked in my mouth and left. His assistant instructed me to see and oral surgeon and I had no clue why, needless to say I walked out like the rest. I went to another dentist who explained the issue with my tooth and I understood so I searched for a surgeon. I unfortunately lost my job along with my insurance so I had to hold off on getting my tooth pulled. Now fully insured I have an appointment a month from now but I was having pain and swelling in my tooth. So I went back to Ntuk and the front desk lady who never introduces herself said I would need to be seen so I sat for about 30mins and per usual another patient sat in his chair got up and walked out dissatisfied. The receptionist instructed me to see the oral surgeon and I explained to her my appointment was a month away and if the doctor could see me and prescribe me something for the pain she stated those where his instructions and I said that makes no sense I should wait a month to see a doctor in pain and possibly have and infection. So the doctor comes out and he finally he speaks but he was yelling at me to go to the oral surgeon. I had to yell back and ask him if he could hear me our about my insurance situation and also asked him why am I fighting with you to have medical care, eventually he gave me the prescription but my experience was unprofessional disheartening and I will not be returning. I'll take the drive to see another doctor.

Dr. Ntuk is the best dentist I have ever had. He has performed a root canal and pulled 2 teeth (1 being a wisdom tooth) and I felt very minimal pain. He has a very tender touch. He and his staff are very friendly and I feel comfortable when I am there. His dental assistant Shawn is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Ntuk is a crook/fraud! He billed both of my mother's insurance companies and received payment for her top and bottom dentures, but withheld the top dentures in an attempt to collect additional out of pocket money from my mother. When my mother contacted her insurance company regarding the matter, the insurance company reached out to him and let him know that they will be submitting a claim to collect the funds back from Dr. Ntuk. He called my mother and proceeded to speak to her in an offensive manner. He asked her why she would report him. He was reported because he was paid for the dentures but withheld the top row to collect additional money. We need to start reporting doctors who are unethical and stop allowing them to get away with it!
