Dr. Nelson and his staff are exceptional: competent, efficient, personable, highly skilled and make going to the dentist from an hour and a half away convenient for my busy schedule. New hygienist Brittany Lindley is superb! She gave great information on how to better care for my ailing gums, reinforcing what Dr. Mike had carefully explained when I was a new patient. Always helps to have a reminder!

Been trying to make an appointment since November. The receptionist did not call me until January to finally schedule an appointment. Was a week a way from an appointment and was told they needed to re-schedule for another month.

I've been a patient of the Nelson Family Dental Group for 32 years. I've always been extremely happy with the outstanding and compassionate care provided by their Staff. Three generations of dentists -- Dr. Chris, Dr. Mike and his Dad, a legacy to be most proud of! My most recent appointment was with Jennifer, who has been there 34 years and going strong! I highly recommend Nelson Family Dental, they always go above and beyond in providing the best care possible.

When my wife and I were moving to the Redding area our dentist, Robert Kohrt, recommended Michael Nelson , D.D.S. so we became patients of his practice starting in 2013. We could not be happier. He is outstanding and so is his staff. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Best dental experience ever! I have been going to Nelson Family Dental since I was a child. I have since moved out of town and continue to travel to Redding for my dental care. My husband now also travels to Redding after having poor experiences with other dental providers. Every member of the Nelson Family Dental team is kind, friendly, and compassionate. Dr. Mike and Dr. Chris are exceptional. You can tell they love what they do because they pour their heart into providing the best care to their patients. 5/5 would recommend!

Dr. Chris is by far the most attentive, caring & capable dentist I have ever been to. His attention to detail in his work is evident and shows that he approaches everything he does as art. Will be his patient for the rest of my dental life.

Dr. Nelson is the best dentist I've ever had. He's experienced, uses the newest technologies in the industry, takes pride in his work, and his drive to do the best work he can is evident in every appointment. I can't recommend him enough!
