Dr. Lyndsay graduated summa cum laude from McDaniel College in 2004, with degrees in both Biology and Sociology. During her time at McDaniel College, she was awarded the Isabel Isanogle Royer Scholarship for Biology, Gordon B. Shelton '68 Award for Excellence in the Life Sciences, and was named a Phenomenal Woman. She was selected for membership in the Alpha Lambda Delta First-Year Honor Society, Gamma Sigma Epsilon National Honor Society for Chemistry, and Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society. Dr. Lyndsay served as President of the Tri-Beta National Biological Honor Society and, upon graduation, was awarded the H.P. Sturdivant Award for Excellence in Biology.
Her interest in arts and sciences as well as her desire to help people led her to the University of Maryland, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, from which she graduated magna cum laude in 2008. While in dental school, she was selected for membership in the Gorgas Odontological Honor Society, Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society, and the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honorary Dental Society. Upon graduation, she was the recipient of the American Association of Public Health Dentistry Award as well as the Quintessence Award for Clinical Achievement in Restorative Dentistry. Dr. Lyndsay then went on to complete a 1-year residency in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry program at the University of Maryland.
She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, Maryland Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, Maryland State Dental Association, and Carroll County Dental Society. Dr. Lyndsay is the immediate past president of the Carroll County Dental Society and currently serves as the Trustee for the Carroll County Dental Society to the Maryland State Dental Association.
She gives back to her community by participating with both Mission of Mercy and Donated Dental Services. Dr. Lyndsay also visits elementary schools each February for National Children' Dental Health Month to educate kindergarteners and first graders about the importance of oral health.
Wanda has been a key member of our practice for over 30 years. When you enter our office, she will greet you with her warm, friendly smile while she attends to all of your administrative needs. Wanda's goal is to make your experience with our practice pleasant and efficient. We are fortunate to have Wanda handling all administrative and scheduling aspects of our practice.
Kim received her professional training at the Medix School in Towson, Maryland. She has been working with Dr. Luzuriaga for over 30 years and is qualified in general duties and orthodontics by the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners. Kim is also qualified in dental radiation technology and CPR. Her goal is to make your experience in our office as comfortable as possible.
D.J. received her degree in Dental Hygiene from the Community College of Baltimore and has been working in our practice for over 10 years. D.J. strives to provide a comfortable, therapeutic and educational experience for each of our patients. Her goal is to help each patient achieve and maintain the highest level of oral health possible, for their individual situation. D.J. is licensed by the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners as a Dental Hygienist.
Edie also joined our practice alongside Dr. Kuzmak, bringing with her 30 years of experience as a dental assistant qualified in general duties, radiation technology, and CPR. She has attended courses around the country, learning about occlusion and cosmetic dentistry.
Mary joined our practice in 2020 as our newest receptionist at the front desk. Not only does she hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from University of Maryland University College, but a Master of Science in Management from University of Maryland University College as well! She is eager to meet and get to know all of our patients!

Horrible experience with Dishonest Luzuriaga! Had to have a filling and was shocked that he was going to use the outdated silver filling. I told him I did NOT want that kind of filling and to please use the porcelain type. His exact words were "It's not going to happen" Arrogant & Dismissive - YUK! Next visit the person cleaning my teeth accidentally hits that tooth with the handle of the tool she's using. I asked Dr Luzuriaga if everything is okay. He said "Well you'd be the last person I would tell if it wasn't." Found that tooth cracked when I got home. Broke into pieces a week later. NEVER WENT BACK!!

The clinic's staff and Dr. Lyndsay's assistant were incredibly kind and helpful. A huge thank you to Dr. Lyndsay. She correctly diagnosed the reason for my tooth pain. She took my situation seriously and put a lot of effort into helping me to quickly get an appointment with an oral surgeon.

Have been going to Drs. Kuzmak and Luzuriaga for a few years now. They have always done a wonderful job with my dental health, including advisement for a root canal. Everyone is very kind and easy to talk to and ask questions to. I highly recommend using these Dentists for your whole family!

I can not recommend Dr. Kuzmak enough. (I am using my husband's account to write this because I don't have gmail). This office is so peaceful even for someone who has anxiety at the dentist. I recently developed a painful dry socket after going to a different surgeon and Dr. Kusmak went above and beyond to take care of it for me. My kids love coming here as she is also great with kids. It's a great place for the whole family.

I had a filling done a several months ago. It went wonderfully. I never felt Lyndsay numb me up. There was ZERO sensitivity afterwards and no pain from the procedure. You can tell how gentle she is and how much she enjoys being a dentist.
