Dr. Michael Lum was born and raised in the Santa Clara Valley. He is a Bellarmine College Preparatory Alumnus and graduated from the University of California Davis, with a B.S. in Biology. Dr. Lum completed his doctoral training in 1996 from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry in San Francisco, CA.
Constantly continuing to pursue courses in dental education, Dr. Lum is able to provide his patients with the most current techniques and state-of-the-art technology available with an emphasis in cosmetic dentistry. He has received formal post-doctoral training at The Foundation for Advanced Continuing Education(F.A.C.E.) and the Frank Spears Lecture series. Dr. Lum is an active member of the Santa Clara County Dental Society, California Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Charmaine Sinsay attended San Jose State University and completed her doctoral degree in 1996 from the Boston University School of Dentistry. She takes pride in providing her patients with the highest quality of oral health care in the most gentle and caring manner. Dr. Sinsay is a Certified Invisalign Provider with outstanding results with Invisible braces. She is an active member of the Santa Clara County Dental Society, California Dental Association, and American Dental Association.

Norma graduated and achieved her Associate degree and Registered Dental Assistant license in 2000 and has worked with Dr. Lum for since 2002. She strives to make every dental visit as relaxing and comfortable as possible. Her expert dental knowledge comes from many years of experience and continuing education courses. Norma enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son.

In 2016, we were looking for a dentist. A friend highly recommended Dr. Lum. Since then, we have been well taken care of by Dr. Lum. Dr. Lum is very professional. He is always patient in listening and explaining the details to us. He is caring to patients, directing his staff to check on us on the following day after visits when there are procedures in addition to regular cleaning. His staff are very friendly and nice. In particular, Angela appreciates the good partial denture that Dr Lum did for her. We are very thankful to Dr. Lum. If there is a grade higher than 5 Stars, Dr Lum surely qualifies for that. I've had a great experience so far, the doctor and all of the staff are very polite, friendly and accommodating. Dr Mike takes the time to really explain every procedure and answer all questions.

Couldn't give Dr. Lum a higher recommendation. Their entire office exudes professionalism, care, and efficiency. Whether it's Christine in the front office, Norma assisting Dr. Lum, or Dr. Lum himself, the team do an outstanding job every time. I know people don't relish seeing the dentist, but if you have to, you might as well visit the best.

Dr. Lum and staff Christine make the dental experience great! When I came to Dr. Lum, he gave me a thorough assessment of the overall dental condition. He found some problems and gave me options to treat them right away. He referred me to a very good Periodontist for specialized treatments. Fast forward to a year later, I had multiple treatments at both the Periodontist and Dr. Lum. My dental health returned to the level I want. Also, Christine (Dr. Lum's patient interface) is very efficient and flexible to work around my schedule. Thank you Dr. Lum and Christine. I highly recommend this team.

I've always had a crooked smile. Coupled with years of coffee, wine, nicotine... i decided I was finally time to get my teeth straight and pearly white. I couldn't be happier with Mike and his team and i'm looking forward to renewed confidence resulting from working with him. Thanks Mike and team!

I have been going to this office for over 20 years. They have a great practice and I would never consider going to another dentist. Mike is a really good dentist, always explaining each step of each procedure beforehand and always leaving me feeling comfortable. Norma is the perfect assistant: gentle and always anticipating my needs during the procedures. Christine manages every aspect of the office, always on top of insurance and appointments -- she sends txts and email calendar reminders so I don't have to worry about scheduling.

The office is so clean which is always a great sign at any health related office! Christine is so helpful and thorough! Setting up appointments via text makes it very easy and convenient. Norma gets the ball rolling and I never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Dr. Mike has an awesome chairside manner. He's friendly, engaging and takes time to explain things in detail. Highly recommend this practice!

I love this place, I have been recommending this place to my family. I've been to many dental places, I know what is good vs bad place, so when I found a great one, I have to keep it and spread the words. Mostly I love a quality work from Dr. Lum, he cleaned my teeth himself twice, before and after tooth polishing done by hygienist. I love Christine, the receptionist, who is always cheerful and listening to all my requests. The place is not very new, but the quality is all it matters. I've been to the spa dental place closeby with lakeview and massage chair but the quality is not comparable. Plus, Christine helped me work with my insurance to order my retainers for free. This place is authentic, it is not a place where everything is splendid looking but the quality is not up to its appearance. Love love love it!

Christine is awesome and takes care of everything for the customers from handling and adjusting appointments, sending reminders, and helping us understand the billing. Dr. Lum is great and takes care of me and my family and makes sure our teeth are still there for the long term!
