Here at the practice of Michael LaCorte DDS PC, we are proud to specialize in pediatric dentistry. We truly believe in starting children off right when it comes to their dental health. It is our goal to ensure that each visit goes well so that they think of the dentists office as a good place. Dr. Michael LaCorte graduated with honors from New York University College of Dentistry, and completed his pediatric dental residency program at Brookdale Hospital and Medical Center. At Brookdale Hospital, Dr. LaCorte was the recipient of the distinguished Resident of the Year Award and appointed Chief Resident of the Dental Program comprised of the Oral Surgery, Dental Implant, Dental Anesthesia, General and Pediatric Dental programs.
A Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Michael LaCorte is currently on staff with Northwest Medical Center, St. Josephs Hospital, Tucson Medical Center, and University of Arizona Medical Center as a child dental specialist, treating children with neurological, cranial, and/or developmental disabilities. Dr. LaCorte is an adjunct faculty member in pediatrics at the Arizona School of Dental Oral Health A.T. Still University and State Board Examiner for conscious sedation permits. Dr LaCorte currently serves on the Arizona Dental Association board and has been elected President of the Southern Arizona Dental Association for the year 2012.
Dr. Michael LaCorte and staff are up-to-date on issues of dentistry and pediatric needs. Each staff member regularly attends education seminars in pediatric dentistry, keeping them well informed of the latest dental developments and trends. Dr LaCorte has been voted by Tucson Life Style Magazine as one of the Top Pediatric Dentist in Tucson. Dr. Michael LaCorte has been in private practice since 1993.
