Ive practiced orthodontics since 1988 and still thoroughly enjoy my time at the office. It is a pleasure to work alongside staff who have become my family, as we change smiles for people who become part of our extended family!

I was drawn to the profession after personally experiencing the tremendous changes and improvements that come with a smile youre proud to share. Orthodontics has long been and remains a passion in my life: being part of a persons life-changing journey, as we straighten their teeth and transform their smile, is deeply rewarding.

For over 30 years Ive had the honor of watching people change over the course of treatment. Regardless of their age a child, teen, parent, or grandparent each person gains more comfort with their appearance and with that comes an increase in their confidence.

The best day, for me, is when a patient finishes treatment and their new smile is revealed. Looking back at the improvement in their teeth, and seeing how proud the person is with what weve accomplished, is professionally and personally gratifying.

Born and raised in Bismarck, Dr. Keim attended the University of North Dakota, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Natural Science and Psychology, graduating summa cum laude. Dental school and his orthodontic residency were through the University of Minnesota, where he obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) and Certificate in Orthodontics.

Following his specialized orthodontic training, in 1988 Dr. Keim moved to Fargo with his wife Sarah started his practice. He and his staff many of whom have been the office for decades and several since the practice opened share the goal of providing quality orthodontics and caring for patients as family.

Through ongoing continuing education meetings, seminars, lectures Dr. Keim stays on top of the current trends and new technologies in orthodontics. As a team, he and his staff participate in in in-office presentations, discussing innovations and integrating the best new developments into the practice and patient care. At the same time, Dr. Keim balances the new concepts and options with his 30-plus years of experience, to give patients the most predictable, stable, and lasting smiles.

Dr. Keim and his family have treasured living in Fargo for these many years. He and his wife, Sarah, have three grown children who have moved to wonderful areas of the country: a daughter and son-in-law who live in Denver with their newborn child; a son in Dallas; and another daughter in Austin. The family enjoys traveling to see one another and gets together as often as they can.

Dr. Keim and Sarah enjoy their time at the lake and feel blessed that their children are able to spend extended periods of time with them there. At the lake, Dr. Keim enjoys waterskiing, wake surfing, sailing, and relaxing on the pontoon. During the winter, the family regularly organizes trips to the mountains for some snow skiing and time together.

Orthodontics is an incredible specialty and I feel fortunate to be a part of the profession. It is extremely rewarding to see the changes we can provide on a daily basis and is always gratifying to watch as a patient's self-confidence grows as we progress through treatment.

One of my main goals as a clinician is that patients are well informed of their diagnosis, and are given the resources to make a fully informed decision as to how they would like to proceed with treatment. Successful orthodontic outcomes are reliant on a trusting relationship between the practitioner and the patient, and I aim to ensure that all questions are answered so that no surprises arise during treatment.

Although orthodontic treatment can take many months, it does allow for us to get to know and build relationships with our patients and their family members. It is those relationships that truly make practicing orthodontics so enjoyable.

Dr. Duevel was born and raised in the Twin Cities. He graduated summa cum laude from Drake University with a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Cell, and Molecular Biology. After college he moved to Nebraska and received a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with highest distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. He also completed his orthodontic training at UNMC, for which he received a Master's degree in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Orthodontics. Dr Duevel practiced orthodontics for the past 3 years in a private practice in the suburbs of the Twin Cities before moving to Fargo and joining Dr. Keim in 2022.

Dr. Duevel thoroughly enjoys continuing education meetings. These conferences allow him to stay up to date on the latest trends in orthodontics, while also reinforcing the training he received in residency.

Dr. Duevel and his wife Kiley enjoy living in Fargo and look forward to becoming an active part of the community. During his time away from the office, Dr. Duevel enjoys playing golf, traveling, downhill skiing, and reading.

My team is composed of some of the most talented, friendly, and giving individuals I have ever met. Each person is warm and engaging, and thrives on the relationships that develop with those we have the pleasure to treat. Over the years, my team has gotten to know the many families we see, and loves that were now seeing second and third generations!

Welcome! I am Stacey, Dr. Keims receptionist, and Ive worked at Keim Orthodontics, part-time, since 1992. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to build lasting relationships with so many of our orthodontic families. My children always comment that no matter where we go, there is an orthodontic patient I know and a smile to share! I love that we have patients who now have children old enough to start treatment, and they chose to come back here because of their positive experiences in our office!

My husband Dennis and I have been married for almost 30 years. We have three wonderful kids: Nick, Laura, and Charlie. All three have absolutely beautiful smiles thanks to Dr. Keim!On weekends you will find me at the lake spending time with family and friends. I love to hang out on the pontoon, kayaking, yard games with my kids and cards of any kind. I also enjoy watching my son play high school sports. Go Kindred Vikings!

Hello and welcome! My name is Donette and I have been part of Keim Orthodontics since 1988. I attended Moorhead Technical College for the Dental Assisting program and eventually cross-trained to become our Treatment Coordinator. I really like visiting with patients and parents, and getting to know them on a personal level. Seeing people I care about get a smile they love is wonderful! Dr. Keim is honest and conservative in his approach to orthodontics. He and our team are true professionals. We love what we do and love to have fun at work!

I share my life with my husband, Keith, and have three daughters: Whitney (Jon), Hayley, and Courtney, plus identical twin grandsons, Emmett and Elliot. Keith and I have three dogs, Cooper, Louie, and Mikko, too. I love to shop, decorate, garden, and, most of all, spend time with family, especially my grandbabies!

Daughter Breanna and her husband, Jordan, have given us three granddaughters: Harper, Kennedy, and Cambrie, and our daughter Brittany and her husband, Dylan, two dogs, Bellaand Gunner, our grandpuppies!

Hello! My name is Ginny and Ive worked for Dr. Keim since 2004, having started in the field in 1996. Before moving back to North Dakota, I worked for an orthodontist in Texas for seven years. My husband Joe is a teacher in West Fargo, our daughter Abbey is in her second year of college at MSUM, and our family includes Sam and Rocky, our dogs. In our spare time, we enjoy golf and going to concerts. I also love to knit, for hours on end!

Hello and welcome! Im Rashell and I started as an orthodontic assistant in 2002, became a treatment coordinator, and then transitioned into finance and insurance. I joined KeimOrthodontics in the fall of 2020 when my husband and I moved to Fargo. Its rewarding to help families to utilize their insurance benefits and to work with each family on a payment arrangement that fits their budget. Having grown up in northern Minnesota, I have a fondness for the great outdoors. Outside the office, you will find me spending time with my family: kayaking, golfing, downhill skiing, and traveling. When I have free time, I am an avid reader, too.
