Going to this location was an awesome experience! Everyone was so friendly right when you walked in! They were able to make everything easy for you to understand! Dr. Kratky was amazing, he was super nice and funny and was able to make me feel super calm about getting my wisdom teeth taken out! On the day of the surgery he came in and we talked about other things rather than the surgery. When I woke up and was taken into the recovery room he was there telling me I did great and was able to give my driver the instructions on my care! If I would ever need to have oral surgery again I would definitely come back to Dr. Kratky, it was truly a great experience! Julie R.

Last week was my first time visiting Midwest and of course on my very first visit I was scheduled to get all four of my wisdom teeth removed. However, Dr. Kratky did an AMAZING job!! He was very nice, funny (told awesome jokes) and made me feel very comfortable before and after the procedure. The procedure was indeed painless like he said (there were no surprises) and he prescribed me plenty of medication to use for pain and other things for my recovery time. Now, it is the beginning of a new week and I feel great aside from minor jaw pains and aches. Thanks so much to Dr. Kratky and his WONDERFUL team! As scary as having wisdom teeth removed is for many (including myself since I was terrified) Midwest made it extremely enjoyable as odd as that may sound. Alisiana P.

I got three wisdom teeth removed today and at first I was kind of nervous. Dr. Kratky immediately took away any stress or nervous feelings I had about it. Hes very easy to talk to, doesnt talk down to you at all and makes you feel comfortable from the time he enters the room to him helping you out of your chair afterwards. When you need your wisdom teeth taken care of, there is no better name in this game than Dr. Jeffrey M. Kratky.
