If I could give this office a negative number, I would. When scheduling the appt they did not inform me that they don't allow parents back with minor children (age 2 &4). When I asked why I couldn't go back, they just said "because of HIPPA" They will not provide me with their full HIPAA policy, only a screenshot of a HIPAA synopsis from the CDC website. They will also not provide any policies stating that parents cannot go back. They also allowed another patient to stand and look at my children's documents at the counter in back and in the waiting room.

Waste of time Quick to write a bill to your insurance and push you out the door thanks for nothing save your time and money go to E10 dental very nice people update they are try to collect on the bill for part that wasn't paid for by insurance if I would have listen to them I would have been major trouble infection was so bad I could have died this place is terrible absolute garbage DO NOT GO HERE

Save yourself the trouble and don't go anywhere else. I went to another dentist to get a filling and walked out with a 9,000 dollar estimate which included braces and all sorts of work I don't need done. The other dentist told me the tooth was abscesses and the only thing to do was a root canal and a crown. Dr. Juba informed me I could even wait to have anything done as the tooth wasn't going to become infected any time soon. I was in and out of his office within half an hour and the tooth is fixed. Thank you Dr. Juba!

I just started seeing doctor Juba and his team a few months ago and I'm so happy I did! I'm all about education and knowledge when I'm getting a service or procedure done; Doctor Juba and his staff explain everything in detail and never leave questions unanswered. I had a filling last week and it was the best experience I've ever had doing so! I'm also going through braces and can't wait to have a perfect smile!

Have had a fear of dentists for many years because of some bad experiences but chipped my front tooth so had to go for a visit. When I went to Dr. Juba I felt no pain and he was professional and very thorough. He also explained to me what he was doing and to me that was BIG. Made 4 more appointments with him and am finally getting my teeth fixed the way they should be. Thank you Dr. Juba
