I was reccomended Dr. Joseph's office by my dentist when I needed a root canal. I went in for a consultation and got a date set for my root canal. When I had extreme pain in between appointments, I was able to reach Dr. Joseph on the weekend and he scheduled me for emergency surgery on Monday. He and his amazing staff took care of my root canal and it was painless. He did an amazing job. Thank you Dr. Joseph!

I usually don't do reviews but I just have to today. I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I had to get a root canal today. And it went very well no pain whatsoever. Dr marielena gamboa Ruiz and her assistant listened to my fears and really set my mind at ease. I highly recommend this Endodontics.

Dr. Joseph and the whole staff here are fantastic. Had multiple root canals done here, including fixing stuff done by a previous endodontist. Dr. Joseph would always patiently explain to me what was going on. After I moved out of Cambridge across the country, the office emailed me my reports and x-rays which I could share with future dentists and endodontists. Even several months after I stopped being their patient, they were still very responsive to emails and over the phone, offering to write a prescription for an issue while I looked for a local endo. It is clear that Dr. Joseph and the staff here really care about their work.

I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Joseph and the amazing team at Cambridge Endodontics! This was my first root canal and visit to CE, and the entire experience from beginning to end was smooth, professional, compassionate, and most importantly - painless. I am especially grateful for the time Dr. Joseph spent to explain the procedure and options. Thank you !!

I want to start out with mentioning Dr. Joseph's bedside manners; they are absolutely stellar and I felt extremely comfortable, well informed, and accounted for when I went to his office. In addition, I went in for a revision of a root canal and noticed that both him and his staff are extremely professional, kind, and informed. His office is extremely tidy, well kept, and COVID-19 practices are highly enforced and taken into account. The office is full of air filters to protect patients (since dental procedures involve having your mouth open). To add on, his staff is also warm, professional, and attentive. In addition, I genuinely thought the pricing for my procedure was extremely fair and was more than happy to pay. Would HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

Dr. Joseph is an excellent endodontist who makes the whole root canal drama less dramatic. No one likes to have a root canal, but he makes the process painless. His office is efficient and friendly and I almost look forward to going there -- almost. Highly recommend!

I wasn't thrilled to hear that I might need a root canal - with potential complications - in the midst of Covid-19. But I couldn't be more thrilled (if such a word can be used for dental work:) with my treatment by Dr. Joseph and his team. I was impressed at the first visit by the care and cleanliness with which the office is run - one person at a time in the waiting room, masks and gloves, personal attention, light and airy space - and Dr. Joseph's initial exam was exemplary. He look 360-degree images, explained clearly what he saw and what treatment options were, and scheduled for the actual procedure. For that second visit, everything was perfect. State-of-the-art equipment, virtuosic dental technique, and - again - lucid explanations of every step of the process. The root canal itself went smoothly and the problem (a bit complex) was corrected. I didn't experience any pain during the procedure or - knock on wood - afterwards. Most importantly, I felt well cared for, as a patient and as a person. Top flight experience. If you need endodontics work, have it done with Dr. Joseph...even in the days of Covid-19!

I had a great experience with Dr. Joseph. I went in experiencing severe tooth pain and he was able to quickly provide the correct diagnosis and work with me to take a conservative approach to treatment. He was very personable and worked with me to really explain what was happening. I will absolutely go back to Dr. Joseph for any work that I need.

I was referred to Dr Joseph by my dentist for pain I was experiencing in one of my molars. I have terrible anxiety at the dentist but found that Dr Joseph and his staff were so warm and professional which does make a difference! He genuinely cares about your concerns and helps break down procedures so that you understand each step in the process. It's also crazy how calm he is considering all the detailed work he does. I mean, he was humming. I was also very appreciative of the fact that they are still taking patients during COVID 19, as this is a high risk for everyone involved. Would highly recommend his services but I hope I never see him again haha

I was most impressed by Dr. Joseph's careful and precise work. Finding an Endodontist with high qualitative standards is hard. I'm extremely glad I ended up with Dr. Joseph. Although I am not planning to have another root canal anytime soon I am glad to know where to turn if I need one.
