After years of bad experiences, saying that I was happy to find Dr Weiss is an understatement. Dr Weiss not only has an amazing staff, he is a true professional. I truly feel Dr Weiss really cares and isn't just trying to get me in and out. His recommendations were not always the the easiest job for him but the right ones for my situation. He did right thing every time. His staff is professional, friendly and efficient, especially Veronica at the front desk. I am lucky to have found them.

I wanted to give zero stars. Anyway, I don't understand why the woman working at this dentist office practically turned me away because she claimed that my insurance was not paying them. They were paid eventually. ( I have copies of the payment ) It made me feel that it's all about the money and it's my fault. Gee, thanks. If they think it boils down to money, then they are just too shallow. Of course, they have justification blah blah blah. Maybe they forgot no one will survive on this planet. Eventually, everyone has to go. The only things that will be left are those tooth implants and fillings while the rest will become dust. And they won't even be able to bring their money with them. Hahaha... In case they forgot, even the mighty Roman Empire fell. Ciao!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Weiss. Four visits and no pain. Always had his assistance besides him. Receptionists was great,office was clean, price was good. I had two other butcher dentist in my past life, I'm fortunatel to discover Dr weiss. I highly recommend Dr weis to friends and family.

Here's a follow up to my review posted earlier. I got a call from this dentist asking for my mailing address because a refund check will be sent to me. The folks in this dentist office are really funny. I had called them a few days earlier asking if my insurance had paid them and I was given a run around. Then today I got the call. When I went to see this dentist in the summer this woman with an Eastern-European-sounding accent practically turned me away and said that they would no longer be able to accept my insurance (Healthfirst) because of the issue of non-payment. LONG STORY SHORT, THEY GOT PAID AND IF I HADN'T CALLED THEM A FEW DAYS EARLIER, I WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN THEY HAD ACTUALLY BEEN PAID BY MY INSURANCE AND THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT MUM ABOUT IT AND KEPT THE MONEY. It's now December and because I called and checked, they are now obliged to issue a refund. Of course, these kind of folks will issue a statement of excuse and pretend to sound apologetic blah blah blah... Like I said in my earlier review, it's all about the money. These people are pathetic, IMHO.

Dr. Weiss is an experienced, highly dexterous professional, who gets the job done better than most of the colleagues I have been treated by. He also doesn't suggest unnecessary treatments, which is unfortunately a widespread sin in the profession, and he minimizes pain. Overall I'm very happy to know that a reliable expert like him is around, who can fix teeth issues. It's not an easy job to do right, but he is the man.
