I have be debating for this but due to a CONSTSANT REMINDER of what Dr. Arzouman has done to my front tooth, my face , my smile and confident. I have to share how incompetent he is. I went to him for a Tooth extraction and bone grafting along with an implant. He took an x-ray, and a 3 dimension which I was charged for it by another LOVLEY dentist for a total of $2500. 00. From the beginning of the process i complaint to Dr. Arzouman that there is BUMP where he did bone grafting and he said it will go away Well it has not. He not only was not able to do the implant due to his lack of reviewing an X-Ray I assume. I have no idea WHAT he grafted after extracting my FRONT tooth and now I have a bump maybe about 4 Millimeter above my missing FRONT TOOTH. You guys be the judge of that. So sadly i am remined of him every second of my life 24/7. I am thinking to take legal action against him so he would not do this to another individual. He left me TOOTHLESS (FRONT TOOTH) at the age of 56. Please do your homework before going to him .

I like Dr. Arzouman and his staff. It's really hard for me to find a good dentist that I also trust. I was avoid getting work done because the other periodontist I went to came off as a car dealership looking to up sell me. Dr. Arzouman gave me medical advice that I trusted. And based on that advice we move forward with the procedure. His staff is also pleasant and nice to interact with.

Dr. Arzouman is one of the brightest, most talented periodontists that I know. As a general dentist myself, I refer patients to him all the time!

Ask Ask Ask... They don't disclose any charges up front and next thing you know you have a bill for $145.00 just for a consultation, Even after they received payment from insurance.

I like Dr. Arzouman and his staff. It's really hard for me to find a good dentist that I also trust. After the comprehensive oral evaluation I got a bill amount of $235. They didn't give me any information in advance about how much they were going to charge because they said it was going to get added to my treatment bill, and I ended up not getting the treatment. During the evaluation, they measured my deep pockets for about 15 minutes and I got a brief consultation. The statement came in after two months and it explained that my insurance was going to cover $125, and that I have to pay $110 out of my pocket. It seems to me that the bill charged is really expensive in comparison to the other providers who are also out of my insurance network. I would not recommend it if you are not FULLY covered by your insurance or have a ton of money. REMEMBER to ask them in advance how much the service is going to cost.
