Our entire team is passionate about serving our patients because we genuinely care about each one, and it shows because we strive to provide dentistry and services that exceedyour expectations every time you visit our office.
By the 10th grade, Dr. Michael Aiello knew that he wanted to become a dentist. He received his DDS degree in 1989 from the University of Michigan and spent the next five years working in Macomb County, as well as in a local hospital. He then opened his own private practice in Clinton Township to focus on family and cosmetic dentistry.
Since then, Dr. Aiello has spent hundreds of hours taking advanced study courses to further his skills and techniques as a dentist. He has worked with some of the worlds best dental educators, as well as trained with the Center for Advanced Dental Studies, Harvard University School of Dental Medicine and the Institute for Advanced Laser Dentistry. Most of his additional training has been in the fields of cosmetic dentistry, laser dentistry, TMJ therapy, periodontics and full mouth reconstruction.
Dr. Aiello has won numerous awards and recognition by fellow dentists and specialists. Among these are the HOUR Detroit Top Dentists award, Styleline Magazine Editors Choice, and acceptance into HonorSociety.org.
Outside of the office, Dr. Aiello stays busy with his family. He enjoys biking and golf. He also regularly volunteers his time to work with area churches to deliver dental services and meet the personal needs of the homeless throughout our community.
Karen has been working as a dental hygienist in Clinton Township for over 30 years! Her infectious positive attitude and warm disposition have allowed her to establish numerous meaningful relationships. She brings an enthusiasm to her job that our patients love.
Renee has been with our practice since 2000! She enjoys working with patients of all ages, and she takes pride in delivering a high standard of dental care. Renee is known for her thoroughness and ability to educate our patients. Her caring and thoughtful demeanor help make patients feel comfortable, and her pleasant personality and dedication have been a great benefit to our practice.
Kelli has been working alongside Dr. Aiello since 1997 to provide a high standard of care in a warm and caring environment. Her genuine personality allows her to converse with our patients easily and put them at ease. She helps all of our patients feel like part of the family.
Cathy has been working in the dental industry for over 30 years. She loves interacting with patients and ensuring they have the best experience possible. She's also an expert at deciphering dental insurance and helping patients make the most of their dental benefits.

Dr. Aiello has received extensive training from many of the leading dental experts in multiple areas such as cosmetic dentistry, sleep apnea management, and laser dentistry. For example, he is only dentist in the Macomb County to provide LANAP (Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure) treatment for periodontal (gum) disease. This innovative laser technology allows us to successfully manage advanced cases of gum disease without the surgery that is typically recommended.

When it come to your health and teeth always go to the best.....and Dr Aiello is one of them. I was gone for 5 years in Florida for work and just came back and only trust him...He takes his time...is a perfectionist and only works with the best rather it be his assistants or outsourced material like veneers or crowns he uses. And he only advises you in your best interest. Trust him..You won't be disappointed

We had came here for several years and thought this was a good place. Our dental changed and they didn't tell us our insurance was out of network. We started getting quite a few bills to add up. Very annoyed we were not informed of the OON and annoyed that we couldn't get much help when we tried calling to get answers. Yes the bulls are paid. We just won't be going back here ever.

I've been going to Dr Aiellos for the past 20 years. The staff has always treated me like family. Not only does Dr Aiello do great work but I feel very comfortable with the work he advises I need done. I've never thought what was being done wasn't necessary and the right thing to do. I left another dental office and by chance I went to Dr. Aiello. I can't say enough good things about all their personnel and the care I've received for my teeth. I don't make a habit of writing reviews, but I wanted to do this for those out there that are looking for good office and caring dental care.

It was my first time visiting Dr Aiello. I was in excruciating pain. Cathy got me in immediately which I greatly appreciate. I found out i had an abscessed tooth. Everything was explained to me in detail along with the options I had. I was made to feel comfortable before and during the extraction. Honestly there aren't enough good things that can be said about him and his staff. They are a wonderful group of people. I'll never go anywhere else and I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

Just finished a teeth cleaning with Karen their Hygienist. This is my second visit to their Offices and I can say that I'm satisfied that I've found a Dentist that I'll probably stay with. Karen was very thorough and easy to talk to as was Dr. Aiello. I originally went to Dr. Magulak for years but he had to leave sadly. I didn't think I could find another Dentist as good as him but Dr. Aiello and his people impressed me as someone just as trustworthy.

I've been coming here for years. My whole family comes here too. We all love it here Dr. Aiello and the staff are amazing! They have done so much work for us through the years and everything has been great! I was afraid of going to the dentist from bad experiences in the past before coming here and ever since I've been here I look forward to coming and seeing them all. It's like coming to visit old friends. I would never go anywhere else!
