EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL! The first time I called their receptionist asked that I call back because she was with a patient. Really? I understand if they're busy put I couldn't be placed on hold or someone else in the office couldn't help me. I had called a second time and the tables turned on me. I was trying to set up an appointment and she asked if I could be put on hold because another patient was calling as if they were more important. Avoid this place talking my service elsewhere

I have had Dr Crial as my personal dentist for over 30 years. He is, without a doubt, The BEST general dentist ever. I drive over 30 miles each way to visit him for my dental needs. I have had two dentist specialist in my area . Both of these specialist asked me, who does your dental work? They do not know Dr Crial, because they are in my area. These specialist BOTH SAY, he (Dr Crial) does excellent dental work. When peers say that about a dentist they do not know, I am impressed, you will be impressed too.
