Dr. Yang brings over 20 years of dental experience to our office, focusing on individualized care and taking pride in delivering painless, high-quality dentistry. She empowers her patients by educating them and offering various treatment options so they can choose what is best for their health.
Dr. Suzie Yang grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and was drawn to dentistry as a child she used to ask her elders what they would do differently in life, and much of the time, the answer was, Take better care of my teeth. This led Dr. Yang to be passionate about dentistry.
Dr. Yang did her undergraduate studies at UC Santa Cruz before attending the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry at the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. After dental school, she joined a private practice as an associate dentist and attended advanced cosmetic courses to enhance her clinical skills.
From 2003 to 2016, Dr. Yang owned a successful private practice in downtown San Francisco, providing general and cosmetic dentistry. In 2011, she was voted Best Dentist in San Francisco in the San Francisco Bay Guardian magazine and has been featured on local news stations for being at the forefront of dentistry.
Dr. Yang sold her practice in 2016 and took a one-year sabbatical to start a family, and she now is a proud mother of a 4-year-old boy. She returned to dentistry in 2017 and is now looking forward to offering her dental services to the community in Marin and beyond.
Dr. Dab has been creating beautiful smiles in Terra Linda since 1983. A native of San Francisco, he attended the University of California at Berkeley and received his DDS degree from Northwestern University Dental School. He then completed a General Practice and Hospital Dentistry Residency at UCLA. After practicing in Beverly Hills for several years, he returned to the Bay Area and established his practice in Marin County.
Dr. Dab and his wife have two adult daughters. His interests include bicycling, tennis, technology, reading and traveling. He has completed several Century bike rides, including the Wine Country Century, Marin Century, Tour de Tahoe, and was a volunteer for the Jensie Fondo. He is a member of the Echelon Riding Club.

Dr. Yang is a highly skilled dentist. She is warm and caring with patients, and very available to discuss any questions or concerns you might have. Dr. Yang's staff is made up of knowledgeable and responsive individuals who perform their jobs with a high level of expertise. Strongly recommend this dentist and staff!

If I could give 100 stars to Dr. Yang I absolutely would! I'm not a big review writer but Dr. Yang went above and beyond so I felt I needed to post about it. I was in a scooter accident in 2020 and my teeth had many chips and dents on them after the accident. I spoke to many dentists around the Bay Area about veneers (didn't feel comfortable with any of them) and was eventually referred to Dr. Yang based on her incredible expertise in the field. After meeting Dr. Yang, she was by far the most knowledgeable and informative dentist by far, so I decided to move forward with my procedure. Not only did Dr. Yang do the BEST job on my veneers (made me look exactly how I was pre-accident without my teeth looking fake or too big) but she was also incredibly gentle and thorough, and I couldn't be happier. In total, I had three crowns and seven veneers done by Dr. Yang, and I have never been happier to smile now. The before and after pics will blow you away! Dr. Yang is such a rare find - she is exceptional at what she does plus she really cares about her patients. I get compliments literally all the time on my teeth, and I am so grateful for Dr. Yang and the time and energy she spent on perfecting my teeth and caring so much about my overall dental health. I recently moved over an hour away from Dr. Yang and I still drive to her office for my dental visits because I know she is the best of the best and I trust her without a doubt. Regardless if you need a cleaning, some light dental work, or an entire set of veneers, if you see Dr. Yang, you will be in the best hands with her!!!

Dr. Dab did an exceptional job of replacing a cracked veneer - two weeks before I could even get in to see my regular dentist. Dr. Dab is a true genius at his craft and an artist in the field of dentistry. The veneer he made is even better than the one he replaced - and I'm quite particular about these things. In addition to his phenomenal dentistry, Dr. Dab is personable and explains everything he's doing and why he's doing it. I appreciate that communication and patient education. Dr. Dab's staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help their patients. Dr. Dab gets my highest recommendation - and is now my new dentist! Lucky me!

Dr. Dabb has been treating me for 33 years & I travel a long distance to see him. I have complete confidence in him & his staff. If there is any way he can combine appointments to eliminate extra trips to his office, he will do so!! I appreciate his expertise & compassionate care. He & his staff are always there for me!!

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been going with them for a complicated process and then for keeping up and cleaning forever 10 years. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with the results. The staff is very friendly and helpful and DR. Dab is honest ,friendly and very professional. Is always amazing service very quality of customer service and fantastic results. One of the only place in San Rafael that I seriously and highly recommend.

I moved out of town years ago (for college and then stayed) and I still schedule all my dental appointments with Dr. Dab. The staff is wonderful, and Dr. Dab is extremely professional. One example: I am very resistant to numbing, and he makes sure I am fully comfortable/numb before beginning any deep dental work. The chairs are comfortable, and there are TVs above each chair in case you are nervous like me and want to distract yourself. COVID WISE - I felt very safe. Temperatures taken, masks worn, mouthwash given on arrival, etc.

Never thought I'd say I love going to the dentist, but I kinda do now. I relocated back to the area a year ago and am relieved to have found Dr. Dab. I've had 2 crowns which were easy and got the permanent crown in the same day without having to get a temporary and go back for the permanent. I got to watch a movie with headphones. The staff is so wonderful, as is Dr. Dab. I highly recommend him.

Best experience with a dentist in my 23 years! Dr. Dab has been able to locate problems early on like no one else I've ever gone to. Plus him and his staff are amazing! I don't dread going to the dentist anymore just because I know they will take care of me and truly care about my well-being. They are also such a nice and fun group of people. Highly recommend!

Dr. Dab has been my dentist for nearly 28 years. At 38 years old, my teeth have never looked better. He has always informed me of the steps I needed to take in order to achieve my ultimate goal for my teeth. He takes a patient centered approach to dentistry, which is so essential for better long term outcomes. I felt involved in my care at every step. Hillary, the hygienist is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to be around. Tina, front desk superwoman, is exactly that, superwoman. She is so efficient! She keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. Overall, Dr. Dab and his highly skilled team are the go to if you are looking for quality results.
