After earning her Bachelors degree from the University of Miami, Dr. Erica Paultre-Michael decided to pursue further education in dentistry, which she considered to be the perfect blend of science and art. Dr. Michael received her Doctor of Dental surgery degree from Howard University, and continued her post-doctoral training at Brooklyn Hospital Center where she received extensive training in a variety of fields; particularly pediatric dentistry, implant restorations, and prosthodontics.
Dr. Paultre-Michael is a caring practitioner whose goal is to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to patients of all ages. As part of her commitment to serving the underserved, Dr. Michael has participated in medical missions with AHDH, a non profit humanitarian organization that provides dental and medical care to an underprivileged Haitian community. In her free time Dr. Erica Paultre-Michael enjoys painting, and spending time with her daughter and husband.
Dr. Zishan Michael grew up in the Northeast, and received his undergraduate degree from Loyola University of New Orleans. After graduating from Meharry medical college, Dr. Michael continued his post doctoral education at Monmouth Medical center, where he received extensive training in endodontics, restorative, and dental anesthesia.
Committed to providing the best, most advanced dental care, Dr. Michael stays current on advances in the dental field by providing state of the art equipment, and attending courses in implant technology and orthodontics. Dr. Michaels family was instrumental in forming AHDH, an organization which organizes medical and dental missions to Haiti. Dr. Michael has provided his expertise to the mission since 2007.

I love Dr Michael so much. After decades of dental phobia, his bedside manner has put me completely at ease (except for when there are shots or drilling and he gives me meds to control that). The service is excellent and I highly recommend him.

The staff from the front desk to the dental assistants are always very friendly and professional! I loovve the hygienist Ms. Sandy and Dr. Michael is amazing! If you're looking for a great dental practice go to them. They see kids as well.

Mr. & Mrs. Dr. Michael are amazing dentist. I was referred to Michael family dental in 2019....and so glad I found them. Mr. Dr Michael is my actual dentist and has been heaven sent. Ive always been terrified of my dental visits with other dentist because I've always had bad experiences. I can truly say im thankful to him and his team. He's very informative and gentle and takes every precaution to prepare a smooth dental experience. The office is well kept and clean. This is the place to go for your dental needs! From The initial first phone conversation in setting up my little ones first dental visit to a the actual appointment was superb! Dr. Michael and her staff are extremely time efficient, helpful, patient, and competent! Dr Micheal's assistant is very sweet and is great with prepping the little ones before any services begin. Dr. Micheal's bedside manners are nothing less than amazing! My little one had an exceptional first experience at the dentist and is already looking forward in returning in 6mo. Great!! Group of professional. I was referred to this office after traveling out to my dentist in Ashburn, Va. Which I love as well. They made me feel like family and answered all my questions.
