Great support from everyone involved -- from scheduling (and rescheduling thank you) -- to Teris cleaning/x-rays/check & Dr E's assessment/recommendations/follow-up. Smooth check-in & out also. Not sure how one could improve upon this excellent operation.
Kim greeted me when I arrived. She's always been great and usually does my cleaning. Last time I met Lynn, she was very kind & attentive. This time I met Nancy, such a nice Lady she made me feel like family while attending to my teeth. I also met Dr. Jim and he was nice and professional. What a winning team! You can't go wrong with people like that.
Dr. Vail, or Dr. RT as he is called, graduated from University of Maryland-Baltimore County with honors in 2014 and from University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2018. He is the son of a dentist who was a 21-year instructor at University of Maryland School of Dentistry (UMSOD). He worked with his father for a year after graduation. Dr. RT has been a board member and organizer of one of Marylands largest single-day festivals, the Arbutus Arts and Crafts Festival, since he was 14. Dr. RT is married to a Navy dentist and they had their first child, a girl, in December 2019. He's also an avid bowler. He and his family currently live in Norfolk with their 2 dogs: Reese and Roy.

He has a contract with the state of Tennessee, wherehe treats special needs patients that need to be sedated for treatment.He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and Tidewater Dental Association.He and his wife Lynn reside in Virginia Beach withour 4 VERY active children. He likes to travel, cook and watch sporting events.

Been going to Edenfield for a very long time. People there are always friendly, and the dentists have been great. Was sad to hear that Kim was no longer there, but Jennifer did a fine job. Happy to be a "regular".

Just had ANOTHER GREAT semi-annual visit at Dr. Edenfield's office! Believe me when I say they make a visit to this dentist office feel like you're talking to family & friends... well the family & friends who really care about dental health/beautiful smiles!! I continue to HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dentist office for anyone transitioning or just looking for a GREAT DENTIST with a GREAT STAFF in the Hampton Roads/757 area!!
