Paid for 2 root canals, neither of them worked, called the office and nobody cares or bothered to get back with me, now my teeth still need to be redone but I am out the money I paid this place, Must be nice to take the money and run whether the work is any good or not

Thank you so much to all the staff for being attentive, professional and kind. I definitely recommend Dr. Do, I'm extremely grateful for making the root canal seamless and painless considering I have trismus.

I've been referred to this dentistry by Dr. Ana Cluff dentistry; they cannot numb my strong teeth to do a Root Canal. But Dr. Elenaz Sarshar at East county Endodontics; she did a fantastic job I highly recommend this doctor. I'm not sure what all these 1-star ratings I'm sure everyone has different experiences with the doctors. But mine went very well--nothing to be sacred of your teeth at this dentistry. Dr. Elenaz Sarshar will take care of you very well, and she is very friendly and will answer any of your questions. If you are worried, ask questions.

Dr. Nguyen was thorough, efficient, and explained EVERYTHING, including risks, prior to starting the work. The office was clean and comfortable. I was in and out quickly.

I was referred here because a simple root canal was too complicated for my dentist. The endodontist that worked on my tooth here apparently wasn't skilled enough to complete the job and indicated that she would have a veteran endodontist reach out to me to attempt completing the root canal. I paid $75 toward this partial, incomplete, procedure with the understanding that this would be credited toward the completion of the job. They billed my insurance for an additional $175, which was denied since insurance doesn't pay for unfinished work. I recently received a Final Notice to pay the $175, threatening to place it with collections. I called to see if they would be willing to apply the unpaid amount against me proceeding to have them do the work. I was told the reason the job was not completed, as if that matters, and that they would have someone reach out to me to discuss the situation. I didn't get a call and decided to pay the additional $175 versus getting my credit score dinged by a collection. I may be wrong. But, having a service provider perform half a job and demanding payment for the full job when insurance denies paying, for the very same reason, seems contrary to standard business ethics and integrity.

Terrible experience. Root canal needed for an abscess.. I guess the tooth was too far gone so doc wasn't able to do it. That's no excuse to toss equipment and yell at the patient. That was bad enough but upon the follow up with the regular dentist, the write up was never sent; ended up waiting an additional hour to get that write up done 2+ weeks after the failed root canal.

I do NOT recommend this doctor. This was the most unprofessional office. They offered outdated techniques plus technology. The doctor was the exact opposite of what you want in a dentist. I am grateful I was able to find another dentist who was everything you want and the office and technology was of the highest standards. Run!

The office staff (front office, dental assistants, etc) were all very friendly, respectful, professional, and helpful. However, the one star is for the actual dentist. He treated me very rudely. He did not listen, nor believe my concerns regarding the pain in my teeth. He spoke to me as if I was delusional about the pain I'm experiencing. I was referred to him by my dentist, but will be informing my regular dentist of how I was treated and recommending that he not refer anyone else there.

Do not go here! He is the worse dentist ever! Sat in waiting room for 45 minutes to only have him come in with an attitude. He thought it was ridiculous my dentist sent me there, was laughing it off like they were idiots and couldn't see what he saw on the xray. He then started to tell me what I needed to do, which was totally different from what I was there for & I just waisted my time. Said i needed surgery. I would ask him questions trying to understand what he's telling me (like you usually do with dentist), & he repeatly laughs at me over & over again saying "ok your not getting it, i need to explain it to you". He acted like im an idiot since i dont know dental terms. I've never experienced such rude behavior from a "so called" professional. Ive never had a dentist laugh at me ever! I finally told him, "you act like I'm a dentist or something". That kind of shut him up, but he still had an attitude as he finished what he was saying. Of course he's talking really loud so everyone in the office can hear him. What a jerk! He was only in room for a couple minutes & acted like i was taking up his precious time. I'm telling my regular dentist that I would not refer other people to him. The worst ever!!!!
