I graduated from CVCC and have worked in the dental field for more than ten years. I love helping my patients obtain the smile they have always desired by providing dental cleanings and education about oral care techniques to improve overall health. The relationships I build with my patients mean so much to me!
I am a 2002-graduate of Western Piedmont Community Colleges dental assisting program and am DANB certified. I assist Dr. Cordora with al clinical procedures and help my teammates provide excellent care to our patients. My goal is to help our patients understand their dental needs and how to improve their oral health. I want all patients to feel comfortable while regaining confidence in their smiles after completing treatment.
When not at work I spend time with my family. I have been married 27 years and have two sons, one daughter, two grandsons, and two dogs. We enjoy taking vacations together and going to baseball games. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and home projects.
I like interacting with different people and building trust with each of them. When a patient knows Im here to help them, they feel safe and relax, and theyre more open to the education I offer. I enjoy motivating and teaching people proper home dental hygiene techniques and promoting good oral health, so people have lifetimes of great smiles.

Ive been part of the dental field since 1996 and was fortunate to join Dr. Cordora and this amazing team in 2015. I have a background in business but have worked in the dental field for more than 20 years. I love being a part of the smile transformations that increase our patients self-image! I help our patients understand their dental treatment plans and discuss financial options, including any insurance benefits they may have.

Dr. Cordora earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology in 1996, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He was a letterman on the varsity football team and received an athletic scholarship.
Continuing education is fundamental to Dr. Cordoras commitment to his patients. He is currently working toward earning a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction that requires over 500 hours of continuing education coursework in dentistry.
Each year Dr. Cordora participates in dental seminars and lectures, hands-on presentations, and attends conferences. In doing so, he learns from leading researchers and practitioners in the field, staying current on the latest methodologies, technological advancements, and research findings.
Dr. Cordora currently resides in Hickory, NC, with his wife, Julie, their son Alexander, and the familys mini-goldendoodle, Sugar. On weekends, mom and dad can be found at a soccer tournament, cheering for their son or at a UNC football or basketball game, cheering on the Tar Heels.
