Unprofessional and discourteous patient service from Brenda which is the office manager. I asked to have the doctor's wife call and I'm hoping we can resolve this issue. This is really an unfortunate situation because the dentist is kind and understanding.

I took my boys to the dentist today and we saw Jordan Carl. I was so impressed. He's wonderful with kids and made them feel very comfortable. He was so attentive and calm. My boys enjoyed chatting with him and are even excited to go back.

Dr. Carl has been our family dentist for several years now and I'm so happy we found him. Both he and his staff are so welcoming and make you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. It truly feels like you are cared for as an individual. Cleanings and procedures are always gentle and done with the utmost care. Even my two young boys are happy when it comes time for them to be seen.

Dr. Carl and his staff are the best! I use to have a major fear of the Dentist office but they have helped me ease that fear and I no longer have it. We are a family of 5 and my kids love his office too! The dental hygienist Shannon is awesome and Dr. Carl is so pleasant. His assistant is so helpful and kind! Teresa handles all the office and insurance. She's super organized and goes out of her way to help make the visit a great one!

I've been going to Dr. Carl's office for years, my whole family does. When I moved from Lodi (about an hour away) I had a hard time finding a dentist. Dentists can be scary, but from the moment you walk in the staff is welcoming and kind. The office is beautiful and clean. Dr. Carl and the dental hygienist's are friendly and gentle. That's why I make the drive back. They are patient with my four year old, taking extra time to answer all of his questions about the various tools (and how they work). Dr. Carl even convinced my sassy, apprehensive 2 year old to let him give her a check up. He's great with toddlers, the whole office is!!!

Dr Carl's office is the best dental office I have ever encountered My family of 5 are all patients of his, my son is a special needs young man and has never been able to see a regular dentist, always had to be put under anesthesia for even just a simple cleaning. Thanks to the amazing patience and excellent bedside manner of Dr Carl my son can now have cleanings & other tooth procedures done in the office with just a local anesthetic I highly recommend this office for your family. The office staff is great and always make you feel welcome. The service is personal and it's very worth the drive for us to Lodi.
