Amazing treatment at Miboca from Dr. Trino. Great staff as well, Alex is great. Definitely recommend Miboca to anyone who is timid about going to the dentist.

Prior to my appointment with Dr. Nuno, I have never had a positive experience with a dentist and have had a history of impaired healing. I was very nervous about the assessment and the proposed procedure to fill a cavity and remove a tooth and old amalgam. My fears were totally unwarranted. Dr. Nuno and his staff could not have been more kind. They took the time to provide adequate explanation and answer all of my questions. I so appreciate how they incorporated ozone injections during the procedures which was absolutely imperative in managing my inflammation and discomfort while expediting the healing process. I am so thankful for their expertise and highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

I highly recommend Miboca if you're ready for healthy dental care... you'll love their gentle, holistic approach!! Dr. Hayes, Dr. Nuno and Dr. Victoria...I'm beyond grateful to be under your care!! You've far exceeded my expectations, and for the first time in my life...I'm excited for my next visit to the dentist!!

I have been to a lot of dentists and Dr Trino has been the most caring, knowledgeable and gentle dentist. The entire staff are very nice and accommodating. The dental hygienist is so sweet and cleaned better than I have ever had. I came into the office with a poor situation from another dentist and Dr Trino jumped right in willing to help going above and beyond. High quality dentist. So worth it!

I was with comfort dental (before it changed over to MiBoca) for a few years and sadly my dentist left. He did a root canal and crown and it was done very poorly. The female dentist said she would fix it for free after my exam and cleaning I had at the end of May. I called to make the appointment and now they are wanting $170+ for another exam before they can fix it, because it's a "new doctor" but I am NOT a new patient. I just paid $300+ for an exam/cleaning a few weeks ago. Moral of the story, MiBoca doesn't back the work they do, I shouldn't have to pay anything for their mistake. We have cancelled all future appointment and will go somewhere else. I will be sure to let everyone know in West Omaha that MiBoca doesn't back or guarantee the work they do.

MiBoca Dentistry tried to claim I was out of network after the fact, despite the fact they were still in network per my insurer. They did so in an attempt to keep $484 which they had overcharged me. They were completely unwilling to correct this billing error on their part and forced me to dispute this dishonest business practice with my credit card issuer.

I really enjoyed Dr. Trino he is a good kind and knowledgeable dentist. I was sad to have to leave his practice because they are not networked with any insurance companies and it was to costly to stay with him. I will miss him and the staff.

I can't adequately express how excited, relieved and happy I am about our recent experience with MiBoca Dentistry! My son is only 2.5 years old, but during the time he was 12 months old to 19 months old, he dealt with many providers assessing him until we ultimately got his posterior tongue tie and lip tie revised. He had a fantastic provider for that procedure, but the overall journey of meeting many different people and a stressful x-ray led him to become extremely anxious of any person appearing to belong to the medical or dental field. Six months ago it still seemed like a long shot that we would be visiting a dentist anytime soon, but our brave little man did TWICE this month and he did SO DANG WELL!!! Part of this was due to lots of fun preparation in the form of play at home. The other (larger) part was the amazing bedside manner of his hygienist, Tiffany, and dentist, Dr. Hayes. Tiffany was so, so great at making his visit a fun and interactive experience that my son felt completely comfortable and let her do all of the tasks she asked about. Then, Dr. Hayes came in and she was just as warm, wonderful and patient with him. When we returned a second time to get some work done, Dr. Hayes again made him feel so comfortable there, he actually said "let's do it again tomorrow" when we left and went to our car. Highly, highly recommend MiBoca for anyone seeking to work with a biological dentistry practice and especially if you have anxious little ones who need a great dentist, too. I have also switched my own dental care to this practice as well, thanks to our wonderful experience with my son.

Dr. Molly Hays was amazing with my 18 month old. She was very gentle kind and comforting I wish I could give ten stars great facility and staff!!! Can't wait for the new location !

Mi Boca dentistry is the real deal! I have been on the search for a naturally minded dentist office for 2 years. Dr. Trino was so impressive to me. Genuine, kind, funny and knowledgeable about biological dentistry and biological medicine in general. Understanding fully that they body and teeth are intimately connected and treating it all as one system gets the best results. I had him remove my mercury filling and he did a seamless and painless job. He also kept me entertained and smiling with his gregarious and fun personality! The whole staff was kind and caring! By the end of the appointment I felt like I had known them for years. So happy to have found them!

I found Dr. Nuno in 2019 when I needed to have my silver/mercury amalgam fillings removed and replaced. I was impressed with his views on oral health and its effects on overall health. He ensured the new fillings were shaped properly and without rough surfaces and noticeable edges. The staff is always cheerful, friendly, and courteous. My family members are now clients of MiBoca.

I have never seen such poor customer service and lack of professionalism. My mentally challanged brother came here for some mouth pain they set him up with a quick appointment to do a deep cleaning and fill two cavities. he was quoted almost 800$ but then when he walked in the day of the appointment he was charged 1500$ and they only cleaned the bottom half of one side and it took two hours! my mom and i are trying to figure out what happened and of course no one is getting back with us. i personally think they took advantage of my brothers pain and that the fact hes mentally slow. will never recomend this place to anyone! My experience admin and management were terrible , I had been a patient here 3 year and I lost my job started to receiving medicaid for a period of time the company kept telling me i did not have insurance made me pay out of pockets several times . When all the while i did have dental insurance state assistance for a short period. They just fail to check my insurance coverage did not apply to my visit and failed to later take my medicaid stating I would be consider a new patient . Company is not helpful, did not give a refund for prior paid visits , would not see me for any more visits after being confronted about the mix up . Company is not helpful very rude and I do not recommend people fall on had times and you screw them over making them pay out of pocket simply because they do not want to take state funding. Shame on them !

MiBoca Dentistry is the best dental office in town they have amazing hours. They also have the best staff and amazing doctors. They also have bilingual staff which is a plus. They are very kind and helpful Make you appointments ASAP .

I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but Mi Boca eased my anxiety. Dr. Nuno is absolutely the best! He talks to you, he explains exactly what he is going to do, and he generally truly cares for his patients. All of his staff is wonderful and super nice. My sister recommended this dentist to me and I absolutely love it! I will keep coming back.
