Dr. Garcia and Dr. Sanchez-Garcia have also undergone extensive training for obstructivesleep apneatreatment, and they are both members of the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine (AADSM) and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). In addition, they have trained at length in the field ofsedation dentistry, and they regularly use oral conscious sedation to help patients overcome their dental anxiety.

Dr. Raul I. Garcia received his bachelors degree at the University of Miami and his doctorate in Dentistry at the University of Florida in Gainesville. Dr. Garcia has been a lifetime member of this community. In fact, he can trace many of his patients back to his childhood schools of St. Brendan Elementary and Christopher Columbus High School. He has continued studying advanced dentistry at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, the worlds premier post-graduate dental school, achieving the status of LVI Fellow.
