Since 2008, the Miami County Dental Clinic (MCDC) has been dedicated to providing quality dental care and oral health education to those in the community benefiting from affordable, compassionate and accessible dental services to low-income, uninsured, under-insured patients.
On average, roughly half our patients are uninsured and qualify for the sliding fee scale. The rest are mostly on state-assisted insurances, with the remainder on commercial insurances provided through an employer.
The Miami County Dental Clinic continues to make a significant impact on the community. As the only safety net dental clinic in Miami County, we provide a sliding fee scale for the 49% of our patients that are uninsured, based on your income level and family size. We continue to offer quality dentistry at affordable rates. We are one of three dental offices in Miami County that do accept Medicaid.

Don't go here even if you are poor. You will regret it like me. They caused me daily pain and I still can't eat and talk right. It's been a month now. Save up money to go to a place where people know what they are doing.

Dr. Dubel was wonderful and the staff is very nice! With no dental insurance.. I wouldn't have known what to do. The infection I had caused 3 teeth extractions and the income guideline helped having them pulled. Can't wait to get the rest of my teeth fixed here. Thank you for everything you do for the community!

No clue whats going on... Different dentist different opinion.. Send you out to all kind of specialists.. Mainly friends for you to give them your money.. They gave me 6 shots to numb still didn't work.. Go elsewhere!!!!

I would honestly give -5 stars if possible. Had to have a filling done but it was too close to the root and they did it anyway so the whole left side of my face hurts ALL THE TIME. No medication to help the pain have to take over the counter meds and NO amount of that stuff helps. I had to be numbed 4-5 times it's so bad. One tooth on the right side has decay so deep any amount of pressure hurts even my lip touching it hurts at times and they kept poking around at it even after I asked them not to because it caused unexplainable pain I JUMPED out of the chair in tears and they kept doing it. They don't offer a whole lot of options when being treated as far as numbing/pain. Hands down worst dentist I've been to won't be going back.

I had to have a difficult extraction that took more than an hour. They called Dr. Galleger in to help and that mans bedside manner is atrocious! He pinched my lip on the opposite side so I flinched and he was furious and told me he needed to numb that side and I said I was sorry I reacted. He told me he could only continue ifi would accept my entire lower lip being numb! I told him to do what he needed to do so he just jabbed 2 more syringes into my lip! He was so incredibly rude that I would not refer anyone to him, however the rest of the people were very nice

so i went for my appointment may 14 2019 i got two teeth removed they gave me nothing for pain didnt send me home with nothing i have had my teeth pulled before from another dentist and i got something for pain but this one gives you nothing.plus they have nothing but students there they removed one of my teeth and some bone fell out numbing didnt last long at all they they numbed me like 3 dfferent times while i was there and a hour later the numbing is gone when normally it will last half a day so i wouldnt recommend anyone there at all unless u wanna be in pain after some teeth removal

Within the last 2 weeks I've had a total of 13 teeth pulled, 2 cavities filled and 2 teeth filed down, they've been very gentle and made sure I stayed numb throughout it all. I would and have recommended them to others. Thank you for all you did to keep me comfortable
