Extremely dI had two deep cleaning for one for periodontal cleaning $900 and one for periodontal maintenance both done without scraping. I always have slight discomfort after these procedures. I felt nothing was done but a mild Cavitron rinse. I wanted to complain both times but dentist Pena was not there. She is there one to two days a week. They threaten to take me to collections. No discussion about the quality of care. Miami Beach Dental Center is owned by a large company called TowncareDental. Their dentists work on commission. I found this out after I investigated the company. I urge all to avoid this provider and other TowncareDental offices. Run don't walk from this provider.I forgot to mention that on my second visit to Miami Beach Dental Center for dental work at 333 Arthur Godfrey Road suit 818.FYI is owned by a chain called TowndDental. The dental tech thought I was a different patient. Before and after the assistant took additional x-rays that were taken days before: she said the dentist ordered it. My complain to the assistant went nowhere because she did not speak English. I left the chair and had a long discussion about being a misidentified patient with the dentist Luisa Pena and the office manager. I should have left then. Later appointments were even worse. Miami Beach Dental Center has their dentists work on commission. Dentists working on commission encourage such negligent, incompetent and unethical dental providers.etailed examination.

I have been coming to this office for few years and always getting same high standards of care. Dr Exposito is a great dentist, caring and professional.

Scammers. Whatever they tell you the cost is and you pay, you will still get a bill for additional money no matter what. Terrible dentists as well. I have so many issues now with my teeth that I didn't have before. Looking for a new dentist to fix everything they messed up but in the meantime avoid this place at all costs. Complete scam and terrible work.

This place is a scam shop. They want to charge me three times what another dentist wanted to charge me for the same procedure. They also do not respect your time and are rude. Go to this place at your own risk.

I would give my visit 0 stars if I could. Front desk scheduler guy for Dr. Esposito is super unprofessional and is very rude. Will never set foot in this office in my life. Requested to speak to the office manager due to his unprofessional behavior, the guy lied to me and said office manager isn't in. Office Manager: Do yourself a favor and get a new front desk person. Your front desk is junk. Patients: Do yourself a favor and go to a different dentistry office.

This place has to be THE WORSTTT dental place in Florida. Holy smokes where to start, the ppl that work there are the rudest and they OVERCHAGER you in everything that you get done.... without havent the decency of telling you. PLEASEEEE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.

Terrible experience! I went to Miami Beach Dental Center for my first appointment. After waiting nearly 45 minutes they put me in an exam room with a bunch of outdated equipment some of which actually had rust on it (picture included). 1.15 hours after my appointment was scheduled for the dentist came in to look at my teeth. He recommended a $900 cleaning. I told the manager I was just interested in a basic cleaning and would get a 2nd opinion on the $900 cleaning and they refused to give me a regular cleaning. I walked out and would never step foot in that office again!

Be ready to wait. The time of the appointment will NEVER be the time they see you. I have waited 45 minutes to be seen. I believe the doctors and hygienist are overbooked.

DR. PENA & HER ASSISTANT JOANNE ARE "THE" BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY TOOK GREAT CARE OF ME, LIKE FAMILY.. THEY TOOK MY FEAR OF GOING TO THE DENTIST' OFFICE AWAY WITH SUCH CLASS AND REAL COMFORT. IN THE CHAIR... THE HYGENIST IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.. ONCE YOU GO HERE, YOU WILL NEVER NEED ANOTHER DENTIST AGAIN. I LOVE DR PENA. THANK YOU! MISS MEL GORHAM

Shady scam artists. I've been going here for years because they are one of the few local dentists who take my insurance but after the same scam happening over and over I've decided I'd be better off going to an honest dental office that doesn't take my insurance. Last time they managed to charge $1,200 for a cleaning of which $800 came out of pocket. Every time I go I hear people at the desk complaining about what they are being charged. They've done the same to my husband. Enough. Enough scamming people. They will clean your teeth just fine but always find a way to charge for a million extras. Scam likely.

This is a great dentist office. They are friendly and professional, and the office is clean and organized with windows in all the patient rooms. I appreciate the text message reminder they send before my appointment so I don't miss it. Thank you for years of happy teeth and excellent service!

Great experience! Dr Pena was very thorough and went out of her way to explain and provide me with valuable information. The cleaning was quick, painless and done very well! The staff was very nice.
