I came to Dr. Carbonero with a big problem and a LOT of stress. I had been given trays for my bottom row of teeth only, and then had moved in the middle of treatment so I needed to find another provider. Another doctor told me, without even looking at my mouth, that the cost would be $5000 out of pocket. I was very upset. Dr. C was like a breath of fresh air. She worked with me and came up with a reasonable price. My treatment took less than one year and she even ordered an entire 14 extra trays to make sure that my smile was as perfect as it could be. I really looked forward to my appointments with her - I never waited more than 3 minutes to be seen and I was able to bring my kiddos with me every time. They loved coming as well thanks to all of the friendly toys that Dr.C provided. The office is absolutely GORGEOUS, like a designer showroom. I wish Dr. Carbonero could be my doctor for everything. Cannot rave enough about her and her stellar staff.

I've been a patient at 6 different orthodontic offices all over the country and my experience at MIA Smiles with Dr. C has definitely been the best out of them all. Easy scheduling, great communication, and great results! The environment is also much better than a typical office. If you were looking for a place to get your teeth straightened, do yourself a favor and go here!

What can I say?! Simply the best! Easy, effective, espectacular chill lounge vibe, super esthetic focused gorgeous empowered woman doctor, state of the art scanner technology! NO NASTY IMPRESSIONS! Fast turn around from laboratory. Even though I practice dentistry myself, I chose the best dentist in town, for my Invisalign treatment! Dr. C has a vision few have and an energy most don't! I loved my experience and I am certain that you will too. Give your smile a chance to brighten up! Her brand represents the zest and sass of Miami! If you are a local (or not) check her out!

OMG! I went here for the first time for a consultation. It was only going to be a consultation. I was so impressed, I decided to get the braces that very same day. Words can't express how welcoming Dr. Cabonero made me feel. She is super friendly, and she made me feel as if we were long time friends. Thank you! She is well knowledgeable and passionate about her work. The staff is pretty awesome as well. The office manager, Dan, walked me through and kept me updated on my appointment since the beginning. I highly recommend MIA Smiles Orthodontics. I love the office... It's clean and candy for any sore eye.You will not regret it. SB

I can honestly say that this place has been the best children dentist I have ever seen. Dr. Carbonero is just amazing, sweet, polite, knows how to treat children she is a true professional. Both my kids wanted to stay and leave there hahaha my oldest says now she wants to be like Dr. Carbonero and be an Orthodontic (: , super beautiful place and very clean, super nice staff as well. Overall I won't mind the 40 mms drive from my house. Thank you!!! Awesome experience

Excellent! The doctor and team are awesome! The lounge is very cool, a refreshing change from traditional doctors offices. The end result of my treatment is incredible. Not only is my smile perfect, my headaches and TMJ pain are gone. I highly recommend MIA smiles!!!

I would recommend Dr. Carbonero a million times over. I tend to clench my teeth at night, and a prior orthodontist had given me a mouth guard that was huge, uncomfortable, and I felt was damaging my teeth more then it was helping. After seeing Dr. Carbonero, she was able to give me small, comfortable retainers that have been life changing. They are not only keeping my teeth straight but they are also ensuring I no longer clench. Zero pain, zero discomfort, and the turnaround time of when I saw her to when they arrived was a day! Dr. Carbonero is the real deal. She knows her specialty extremely well, and uses innovation to find what works best for her clients instead of doing the same-old. She cares so much about her patients and helping them to have confidence in their perfect smile. You can not go wrong with going to MIA Smiles Orthodontics and seeing Dr. Carbonero.

I must say I was lucky to have found Dr. C. First, she corrected my daughter's, after she was treated by another doctor, then she fixed mine, and now she's working on my husband! I recommend her without hesitation. As soon as you walk into this place all your doubts and fears disappear. Dr. Carbonero is THE Invisalign expert in Miami. She and her staff are top notch. I am so grateful for her expertise and beyond thrilled with the results. She truly cares for her patients and her wonderful energy and personality are icing on the cake. Her office is gorgeous and centrally located. I have referred friends to her who have had less than satisfactory results with other dentists who do Invisalign on the side. If you want the best, go to MIA Smiles.

First off, I've never been to a dental office or any medical related office like this before. There was no waiting, and it was just me, Dr. C and her assistants. It is such a relaxing, beautiful, and overall amazing place. Beyond that, Dr. C is by far the best for orthodontics in Miami if not all of FL. I had a bad overbite and I went to several orthodontists and they all said I would be in treatment 15-20+ months. Thankfully I was referred to Dr. C because she completed my ortho treatment within JUST 10 MONTHS! And I'm so happy with my results. And she charges much less than others I got quoted. I ended up getting a teeth whitening done as well with no pain whatsoever and my teeth are super white now. I'd recommend anyone to Dr. C as I know she is passionate about what she does and most importantly is GREAT at what she does.

I highly recommend Dr. Carbonero and words honestly can't express how happy I am with her work. Having never had braces, at my age I felt it was finally time to do something about straightening my teeth. And thank the stars I was referred to Dr. Carbonero by my dentist because meeting her was honestly life changing. For my entire life I always hid my smile because I had two teeth pretty much turned 90 degrees, one of which was a canine that literally wrapped between the two teeth around it. Dr. Carboneo worked her magic and the results are better than I could have ever imagined. I finally get the chance to smile in public without fear and it feels absolutely wonderful and it is all thanks to Dr. Carbonero and her talented little hands. I hope this review inspires others and most importantly highlights just how happy I am with Dr. Carbonero and her entire team at Mia Smiles. Oh and her new office is absolutely gorgeous.
