The location is very convenient. The staff and customer service is top notch! From the front desk to the dental assistants to the doctors they are all phenomenal! Very friendly and inviting. I needed a root canal and was able to get scheduled and taken care of very quickly. The staff is personable and professional. Most importantly (to me) I didn't feel judged at any point in the process! My needs were met and my expectations were exceeded. I look forward to going back regularly

I didn't go to a dentist throughout the pandemic and wanted to find someone new. My insurance provider had this practice on their list so I went online to check it out. Their website was a bit wonky when I set an appointment, and as it turned out I had an appointment but it didn't go through to their system. The front desk was great and was still able to accommodate me when I arrived. The practice is very clean and modern, the staff is extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. They even ask in advance how much detail you want about your condition (which I want a lot), and Dr. Ben was thorough, friendly, and concerned about my comfort level. They prepared a full treatment plan with costs laid out, showing what my insurance covers and what I would have to pay out of pocket. We were able to create a schedule of treatment that meets my needs and budget. I also see patients of all ages there, and it looks like they are great with kids, too.

This was my first visit at this office. Everyone was so friendly and the office was very clean. The hygienist was great. She kept me comfortable and my teeth look and feel great. I highly recommend this dentist office.

I've been going to the MI Smiles branch in Grand Haven for a few years now, and I'm very happy with their service. The hygienists and Doctors have been kind, communicative, and overall great. I highly recommend them.

We were disappointed that our insurance wasn't abled to be used, got a bill for service that We had to pay out of pocket. This was after my wife confirmed our insurance was accepted with the office folks. Please make sure your individual dentist accepts your insurance, shocked that all the dentist's at MI Smile do not accept Blue Cross. Guess we will need to find a new dentist office.
