It was my 1st time at MI Smiles Dental Casade. My experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly and full of smiles! They made me feel like part of their family! If you're looking for a new dentist I truly recommend MI Smiles Dental Cascade.

Both visits have been the best dental visits I've ever had, very nice and friendly staff and they actually listened to what I was concerned with and got it done a week later. Highly recommend to anyone.

Going to MI Smiles Dental Cascade has always been a great experience for me! I've had a few appointments there and they've always been super informative and respectful. They take their time making sure my teeth are cleaned and that my appointment needs are met. Staff is very friendly and kind. I recommend going there if you're looking for dental care!

This was my first visit here and not only did they give me a tour of the entire facility, they gave me a welcome gift bag, as well as truly got to know me. In addition, they gave me sunglasses to wear so the light as they were working was not shining in my face. That sounds like a small thing however it's the little things that matter most. Cannot say enough good about Cheyenne, Dr. Pfeiffer and Amy .

I had a wonderful experience again today at MI Smiles Dental Cascade! My cleaning went well and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The doctor was great too! This is a great place to call your dental home.

Dr. Peiffer is the best dentist I have ever had. He has a calming chair-side manner with his sense of humor and clear style of communication. More importantly, when I see Dr. Peiffer, I know that he is not going to offer anything that he would not do to himself. That type of integrity and trust is invaluable to me as a patient. Kudos, Dr. Peiffer!

4/18/2022 **Update** Another successful trip to the dentist. I am a self diagnosed difficult patient due to my anxiety. I will stall and put off appointments for as long as I can. I can say with confidence that Dr Piefer and his team are hands down the best. They understand my barriers with appointments and do not push me into any treatment that I am not comfortable with. I am continually impressed with the kindness and knowledge of all the staff at the Cascade location! As stated in my first review, I am so happy I made the switch to MI Smiles. ________________________________________________________________________ Such a great experience with Dr Peifer and staff! I'm so happy I made the move to Mi Smiles. Staff was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. We came up with a dental plan that was a collaboration, something that my previous dental office lacked in. I couldn't be happier. 1000% recommend!

Clinic is attractive and staff is friendly but they just rob money. My kids have no cavities but they told me they both have cavities and need to get treated soon. I checked with another doctor and done x-rays too. There is no cavity at all.

Very nice experience, had a crown replaced, they were well equipped, informative, thoughtful, efficient using the latest materials Dr. Peiffer has a very comfortable manner in explaining things, highly recommend!
