Good experience!! I came in today to fix my mom's and brother's appointments, and Lizzy & Lissbeth were very helpful, and professional. Both really nice and helped me understand exactly what my brother needed done. Really nice and professional, like always!!!

No one at front office on arrival, they don't accept insurance and charging an arm and leg just for brace removal... I'll keep looking. Thanks but no thanks

Awesome office! They always answer my calls when I need them. Brenda and Vanessa always helped me out and I couldn't be more thankful I went with this office! Highly recommend!

Love this office, always walk in to smiles. Brenda helped me out by recommending i get braces which i did and my teeth look 10x better than they did 6 months ago. Brenda and Vanessa are very kind and helpful everytime i go for my appointment. Highly recommended

I have to admit I was so nervous about my son getting braces for the first time. However this has been one of the best experiences I have had. From the consultation to the fitting was a smooth process. The staff makes each visit personable and is always very informative. We are always greeted with a smile and we leave with an even bigger one. I highly recommend them for all orthodontics needs.

I've been coming to this orthodontist for a little over a year now. Glad to say i've been satisfied when every experience here. Very lovely people and always open to help. In particular, one of the girls who work there, Sara, She's took me in twice and both times i've had a very good experience.

I've came to this orthodontist since I was 16, I am now 21. I've never had any issues until today. Brenda has always been such a sweetheart and welcoming when I come in. Today I came in to tighten my retainers, from the start since my mom and me walked in Evon did not greet us. When we got up to the desk Evon told my mom I was scheduled Monday not today. Which was not true because I would've never agreed to a Monday appointment since I work on that day. She was no help at all and was extremely rude with a very nasty attitude. She basically just wanted us out did not want to do her job at all and was making decisions on her own without going to the back and asking if maybe there was something wrong with the system and my appointment was just not popping up. I told her I was going to go somewhere else to get my retainers and she told me I needed my records, she then went to the back and came back to tell me I didn't need my record that I could just go anywhere and they'll do it. Brenda overheard and came up to the front and sorted everything out. I was able to get attended and get my retainer situation fixed. Evon needs to work on her attitude and to greet people when they first come in. She's the first person someone sees when coming into the building, we should feel welcomed not unwanted.

I've been coming here for about a year now. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Brenda from the front desk is always very welcoming and helpful. Sarah is very friendly and 100% knows her stuff! The doctor is also super great, if you're looking for a better smile I would 100% recommend MH Ortho. Super friendly staff and super professional I would recommend them to any family or friend. They're a great team and they're all great at what they do!
