I am very pleased with with Dr. Deluuew. But I'm not very pleased with what happened I drive all the way out there to see him for some cavities to find out that he wasn't even there and I was going to be seen by some woman. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks to see him.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with my new smile! I absolutely love Dr. Franklin and the entire staff have made this journey a great experience. I had broken, cracked and missing teeth and haven't smiled in many many years after very unpleasant experiences with other dentists. Now with all these beautiful crowns on all my front teeth and molars that look so natural, I can't stop smiling! I have a couple more procedures to go and have never been more comfortable and actually looking forward to seeing the dentist. Thank you again Dr Franklin and your entire staff , you are the best!

More worried about covid then actually helping children, I'm speaking of the pediatric section, we're not even mention to do procedures on our children unless we paid the astronomical amounts up front that we didn't have, they're not into help children we found a place that has no problem with the covid pandemic and pertaining to handling it in a more properly manner and is not more worried about getting paid than helping the children

I've been going to MGM Dental for years, and I'd have to say it starts to feel like family! Efficient cleanings, exams, and excellent care are par for the course at MGM. All of the docs are great, I usually see Dr. Deleeuw and more recently have seen Dr. Kristin. I definitely recommend them for care of your pearly whites.

My front tooth needed treatment, and I had just got new insurance. I went to MGM through a referral from my new insurance. What a horrible experience. They talked me into a implant and sent me to Keystone to an oral surgeon that did the implant. When it came time for MGM to fulfill their end I talked to Mary. Mary was rude and confrontational on the phone telling me I had to pay them 2500 for a crown on my implant. When I agreed to the implant the dentist told me it would be around 800 for the crown. She was dismissive and I felt like I was being targeted and scammed.. Good thing I hung up on her and went elsewhere and the price was 800 like I was told from the beginning. What a horrible person and place of business. I do not recommend to my worst enemy.

A few weeks ago my bonding came off my tooth....I called 6 dentist office to get me in and MGM got me in within 3 hours before Thanksgiving. Gave me a solid temporary tooth. Just got a beautiful crown put on a day before my birthday. Absolutely zero pain and very courteous. Of course he is busy he is a great dentist. Not to mention...I believe Michelle? Called the Shelby township office and got me in STAT. She didn't have to do that but she did. GOD BLESS.

LOVE LOVE LOVE, Dr. Dines and his completely lovely, awesome, caring staff. I even pulled my youngest daughter out of a pediatric dentist so she would have, Dr. Dines. The man is a perfectionist. He gave me my new smile and completely changed my life! I recommend him to everyone

I am a non insured patient that was quoted a large amount that I budgeted for a procedure. There Billings came out to be about 40% more then the budget and I still have two implants that has to be done by another dental surgeon. I think it is bad business practice like a bait and switch. If I quote customer I have to do the work at the quoted price. Have found another local dentist that'll do the work for 50% of the cost. Dental insurance is so high this is the reason

NOT PROFESSIONAL ANYMORE. Been to this office in the past week. They just reopened since everything was on lock down. Sad to say, they did not seem very prepared for dealing with covid and if yoru worried about getting it dont come here. They dont do any of the paper work on line, they actually make you use the community lobby "Pen" to fill out forms and Everyone uses same pen. They had the door to lobby opened up for anyone with out masks to randomly walk into the lobby so when your waiting a ton of random people can just walk next to you with no mask or what ever. They do not take covid seriouly here. Most professional dental offices only allow one client in at time and you call to get let into building when arrive. This office is lazy and does not have any set up like that so its very scarry. its free for all. This office use to be good, they went down hill and the person that answers the phone is very rude. Dont come here if you dont have insurance. They will treat you bad and discrimate against you. They have pompus attitudes and they will try and over charge you. The last time I came here, they did change the bill on me as well - just like the other person said. They made some mistakes and "charged" me for it instead of eating up the costs of theri mistakes. I caught them on it and refused to pay for their mistake. I gave them MANY chances to do better but Im done now. The older dentists were VERY good, but they are not here now its a younger group of newer people working here. Changing dental offices.

I have been with this office gosh nearly ten years. I can say they have the best staff. From the dentist to the office. They have always put me first, and been beyond professional. I'm not easy on reviewing a medical office given I run one, but both their offices are the best there is. Thankful to have them.

My whole family goes here. I finally have the courage to deal with the lost two of my bottom front teeth after I was in a domestic violence situation. I was highly recommended to them. I have a low max amount on my delta dental insurance and asked them to work with me for all cash day of the service, on the $4000 (after my insurance makes them charge only that much towards me) bridge. Apparently the "billing manager" talked to all three of the owners of this practice and all three felt that they apparently were already discounted WAY TOO MUCH. Btw we have insurance companies in place so doctors and dentist are not allowed to pick whatever number they way to charge for a service. So since they charged my insurance 10,000$ for the bridge and the insurance makes them stick to their contract rates, they would never out of kindness of their hearts give any type of a budge. And the office manager actually said that everyone really should be charged the original billed amount. I'm a medical biller and even I know you can stick whatever price you want on your services!!! Hell we bill over 2000 for some procedures and only make $600 off it after insurance. And still we work with those patients if they need us to. This office is pure Scammers.

Not sure what's going on with this place. I've been a client for over 10 years and the last couple times I've had a terrible experience. They are always understaffed and months and months booked out. I was on the waitlist for a procedure and they called me a few hours beforehand demanding I come in, they called me 3 times in 20 minutes and left 3 voicemails. I work in the criminal justice field and was at a trial court hearing. When I called back, I had questions about the procedure due to having plans that day, the person on the phone "Mary" was unable to answer my questions and said I'd have to ask at the time of my procedure. When I arrived, the hygienist said I would need a polish before the procedure; I never received the polish. And was also told the price of the procedure but after they quoted me something more, saying that the lady I spoke to on the phone quoted me for the wrong procedure.
