Dr. Michael Dienes graduated from the University of Detroit Dental School in 1995. He currently sits on the Executive Council for the Macomb Dental Society and is the President Elect. Dr. Dienes has also served on the board of peer review for Macomb Dental Society. Dr. Dienes was recently nominated by the President of the Michigan Dental Association to the Michigan Dental Association House of Delegates. Dr. Dienes likes to spend his time out of the office with his three kids, bird hunting and fishing.

Dr. Gregory Franklin graduated from the University of Detroit Dental School in 1986. Dr. Franklin grew up in Clinton Township and is fluent in speaking Italian. Dr. Franklin has also been highlighted as one of Hour Magazines premiere dentists. When not in the office, Dr. Franklin enjoys spending time with his wife and four boys, golfing and coaching hockey.

A few weeks ago my bonding came off my tooth....I called 6 dentist office to get me in and MGM got me in within 3 hours before Thanksgiving. Gave me a solid temporary tooth. Just got a beautiful crown put on a day before my birthday. Absolutely zero pain and very courteous. Of course he is busy he is a great dentist.

I have been coming to MGM dental offices for 10+ years and have entrusted them with my dental needs. They stopped accepting my insurance as of recently and am disappointed that I cannot continue services with them.

Not sure what's going on with this place. I've been a client for over 10 years and the last couple times I've had a terrible experience. They are always understaffed and months and months booked out. I was on the waitlist for a procedure and they called me a few hours beforehand demanding I come in, they called me 3 times in 20 minutes and left 3 voicemails. I work in the criminal justice field and was at a trial court hearing. When I called back, I had questions about the procedure due to having plans that day, the person on the phone "Mary" was unable to answer my questions and said I'd have to ask at the time of my procedure. When I arrived, the hygienist said I would need a polish before the procedure; I never received the polish. And was also told the price of the procedure but after they quoted me something more, saying that the lady I spoke to on the phone quoted me for the wrong procedure.

Dr.Deleeuw and Dr.Dienes are both so nice and genuine. It's really comforting for someone like me who has 'dentist anxiety' (to put it lightly). When I first came in to MGM Dental I was scared and really overwhelmed by how much work I had expected that I needed but Dr.Dienes helped me work out a surprisingly simple treatment plan and was patient with answering my questions. Today I saw Dr.Deleeuw and he was also really nice and understanding about my anxiety towards treatment. I've also heard wonderful things about Dr.Franklin. I really appreciate how sincere every one at MGM is, it feels like they really care which I've found to be rare in my experience.

By far the BEST dentists I've had in my long lifetime. The dentists are all compassionate, gentle, professional, and extremely talented. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. All of the procedures that I've had have been virtually painless and the results have often times made me cry tears of joy. This group will undoubtedly exceed your expectations.

I called the office to enquire about ball park pricing on a crown. I was previous quoted at my last dentist, but was unable to make it in before we moved to a new state. The receptionist was very rude on the phone and not willing to give out any information. She said I would have to come in to see the dentist before they would give out pricing. And by the way, I would have to pay for the appointment that I needed just to get a ball park figure. Then, after stating that I wasn't looking for an exact quote, just an idea of how much a crown would cost at their office, she put me on hold and transferred me to someone else without warning. The second person, after some questioning finally gave me an idea of cost. This day in age, when there are docs on every corner, patients have the ability to shop around for an office that is willing to work with them. Because of my poor experience before I even set foot in the door, I'm sorry to say I will happily take my business elsewhere.
