I greatly missed Dr. Long. As she is no longer at the office it has been taken over by Dr. Davis. Now I do understand that some days are better than others and things happen. Well unfortunately today was one of those days and it was my first day meeting Dr. Davis. My 9 AM routine cleaning turned into a 2 hour reschedule. The staff was as polite as they normally are. Therefore I gave some grace and the reason why I stayed longer. The most considerable thing that could've been done being that delayed is reschedule prior to my appointment. Or reschedule while I'm sitting in the office. I met with Dr. Davis briefly as he did a very short consult. Immediately left the room stating they would go over my benefits. The nice young lady at the front desk went over my benefits after about an hour and a half of me being there. Dr. Davis never returned. I hope that my second experience. Is a lot better than my first one...

This is the best dentistry company I have ever experienced. The staff is outstanding. The dental hygienist, Mary is top notch. She really makes you feel welcome and does an excellent job!

I've had so many bad experiences with dentist offices. From terrible bedside manner to bad dentistry work. This is the first place I've been where I've received exceptional care from the first time I called! Everyone in this office deserves the highest praise; front desk, oral hygienist, dental assistants and of course Dr. Long! Everyone explains everything and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you for always taking care of me!

I like going to this dentist. The people are nice and friendly. And I get in when I need to. I work alot of weird hours. I've been to many other dentists but I will have my whole family go to this one. Has long as she is open.

This is the best dental office, they are patient and kind with you and they are always trying to help in anyway they can. The employees are very personable and they will call you to make sure you're okay. I would recommend this office to anyone that need any type dental procedures are maybe just a cleaning, you won't regret going there.

Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Thorough exam with detailed explanations. Awesome first impression. Service today 8/30/22 was great as usual. Dr . Long and all the staff are awesome. I hope the excellent service continues indefinitely even with new staff.

Dr. Long, Mary, and the staff are simply amazing! I was apprehensive and nervous going into my procedure, however they made it simple and easy! If you're looking for a dental office, I highly recommend this team!

Friendly and welcoming staff. From check in, X-ray and cleaning. Dr. Long's staff is engaging, thorough and friendly. Despite the fact Dr. Long attended Southern she's a great dentist! Lol put me together a dental plan and spaced things out to fit my budget. Breaking down service Receptionist: let's give her 10 stars. I called in requesting an appointment in May. There was nothing available. I booked in June and asked her to put me on wait list for cancels. BOOM! Next day she calls and gets me in two days later and gets my daughter in a week later (still May) so we will get our 2 cleanings. Follow through and friendliness. Great. Dental assistant was very polite. Explained everything she was doing before and while she did it. Made sure I was comfortably. Hygienist has the best bed side manners ever! Talked through my treatment plan with me and worked with my schedule. Excited about this new blossoming relationship.
