Horrible experience with my 9 yr old daughter who needed emergency dental surgery due to a sledding accident. Dana the receptionist in particular was extremely rough with my daughter, I could hear my daughter screaming in pain in the waiting room while she was supposedly under anesthesia...after being told we have to pay a minimum of $1000 for my daughter's emergency appointment there was zero compassion or financial leinentcy. And we were supposed to get get an emergency root cancel done through them the following month quoted at $4000 and I was told "my daughter's life is not that important to us" if we don't pay another 4k. I pulled my daughter's records after that (which was also a fight).and went to another dentist who are compassionate with children.

He doesn't practice the states mandate,. You might end up getting a infection or worse , article on the news says he is out of compliance.... Doesn't follow the rules. He s a bad dentist $$$$$ is all he wants , he cuts corners. Stay away ,he's being punished by the state of Washington and this isn't his first time.

I have been seeing Dr. Foto for about 10 years I can't imagine myself not using his services even when I moved to Florida I actually flew back to Washington just that he could be my mouth mechanic when I walk into his office it's like family. I must also include that I'm a difficult patient at times...lol Thanks Doc!

Dr Foto is a life saver! What an incredibly talented, intelligent, down to earth and kind man! His hardworking, 24/7 front staff took my desperate phone call on July 3rd when my 12month old fell and cracked her front tooth in half! We were so worried and needed an emergency visit. I was instantly calmed by them and they set up a visit for the next day on the holiday to see her! He literally came from the airport after a 15 hour flight, picked up by his receptionist/ hygienist, and brought straight to the office to assess her, wow! I couldn't have been more grateful. The Doc laid out all the options and made sure we were a part of the decision process that would be the least invasive and most helpful for our scared little baby. My other daughter even came to the follow up appointment and they were so good with her while she waited for us to finish up. They really made the entire process so easy and we have all the confidence in the world she got the best care she could've received. We are forever grateful for this office and for turning this experience into a positive memory!

I really enjoyed this dentist. After not getting bills in the mail for upwards of 1/2 a year, I received a "final notice," in the spring of 2021. I called, there had been an insurance issue, and the office said they would have taken care of it! I should have followed up. A year later, they sent me to collections, without any warning, nor notification that my insurance had messed up. I was able to get my insurance to take care of the bill (which I come to find out, should have been indicated before my first visit, as I was told they took my insurance), from the summer of 2020, only to find I still had to pay through collections. Little compassion for someone who has never had to deal with this type of situation. Which sadness me, because my in office experience was always wonderful and I felt well cared for. The follow through, not so much.

Dr. Foto is a dentist worth sticking with! I appreciate Dr. Foto's ability to explain care and treatment. It's overwhelming to make decisions on dental procedures I know nothing about. But he makes the time to sit down and explain all your options in a clear manner until you feel comfortable with a treatment option. He then accomplishes the surgery telling you calmly what he's doing and what happens next. I have never been treated by a dentist more efficient. I will add that I know Dr. Foto is great at his work and a good example in his profession because he regularly assists in teaching and accepts interns in his office. I used to go to a revolving door dentists office, what we called "the jiffy lube of dentists" and this couldn't be more different. It feels like an old-fashioned family practice. It's clear that he hires expert people that he helps to stick around, and they like working for him. That serves to provide an atmosphere of trust and familiarity that I've never experienced in a medical practice. They know who I am, what I'm comfortable with, and how I like to be helped as a patient. They call to check up and make sure I'm following necessary steps for post-op care. His team remembers me and works hard to provide excellent care. The dental assistants clearly know what they're doing, and are often ready with the tools before he's even finished explaining my options to me for treatment. They also have great skill and suggestions when it comes to working with insurance, and advocate in my behalf to get a lower copay I never would have known to ask about. I feel safe and secure knowing that Dr. Foto is taking care of my dental health.

I've had a fear of the dentist my whole life. As a child I had some pretty bad experiences with pain and that fear carried through into adulthood. Even as an adult I had a hard time finding a dentist who would truly make sure I was comfortable during cleanings and any needed work. 9 years passed and I knew I had a lot of problems going on in my mouth. I was embarrassed by my mouth and by my teeth and knew I needed to address it, but who would actually make me numb and comfortable? I called Dr. Foto and set up a consultation. He won my trust that first visit and he and his amazing staff almost made me feel surrounded with complete ease that they would guarantee my comfort. I scheduled my appointment and followed through. Dr. Foto was right. It was the absolute BEST experience I've had getting my deep cleaning and other dental work. I had no pain or discomfort during my appointment. I will never go anywhere else. I am so thankful to Dr. Foto (by the way he's incredibly funny) and his caring staff. THANK YOU!

I highly recommend Dr. Foto. He is an experienced and knowledgeable oral surgeon who has a heart for his patients and their families as well. You really can feel his passion in what he does. We live thirty minutes away from his clinic but we still opted to drive that far just to avail of his services. One thing I love is he himself making follow up phone calls to make sure his patients are doing ok and telling them that he can be reached anytime . Rarely do I see dentists like him. A dentist with a big heart and good sense humor.

Dr Walter Foto and his team are awesome. I will definitely be returning to this office to get any routine dental work done. Dr Foto listened to my anxieties and made me feel at ease. I recommend this office to anyone needing dental work.

Dr Foto and his staff are the most down to earth, and kindest dental office I have ever been to! We have now switched all of our kids AND ourselves to Dr Foto. Highly recommend!!!!!!!
