The team here is very professional, with great communication between surgeon/ nurses and patient. Focus on patient comfort throughout the exam and surgical processes. I would highly recommend this practice for any u ushers requiring the skills of an oral surgeon (though I hope I won't need their skills again for a long time).

After cracking a tooth, a week of pain, primary dentist, endodontist and recommendations for extraction, Dr. Youseff got me in on the same day! The entire office from desk to support staff and Dr. were amazing and the best part of my entire experience.

Metrowest oral for the win! Not only was everyone so professional and courteous, they all had me laughing and leaving with a smile! (Even tho there's a few new gaps in it) unfortunately, I missed the name of the lovely, bright woman who helped me filling out my paperwork. Savannah helped ease my anxiety in the chair. Dr. Yousef was an absolute rockstar. I felt completely at easy in their care. For me though, it was Amanda in billing. She was funny, helpful and made sure I understood how everything worked (new to actually having insurance, she walked me through a lot) I can't imagine how difficult everyone's job must be. But poor Amanda is the one that has to ask for money after someone most likely ripped something out of your head. I wish all customer service places had the staff that understood how much a great and positive attitude affects the clients. Cheers to y'all! Thanks for making me look forward to my next visit!

I had an amazing experience with Dr Ouano. He was so gentle and his staff was so nice. I was very nervous going in and everyone made me feel very comfortable. Thank you All

This is Dylan, thank you guys so much for making such an anxiety and pain ridden issue dissapear so fast. This is by far the most professional dental practice of any kind i have been too, and sadly i have been to a lot.. the front desk ladies were great and very helpful and i wana give a specail thanks to the girls Amanda and Aly for making me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Youseff(Was so great and skilled. Got a tooth that had a crown fall off and was rotted below the gumlineout in 2 seconds. So greatful for this oral surgeon and the entire team. This will be the only place i go from now on if I have a chioce. Also one of the best parts is that they are fair with their pricing better prices than snywhere else. They truley do care about their pstients. Thank you to all the staff that helped me get in in a 2 day notice not being a patient and helping me.

We were referred to Dr. Ouano for my daughter's procedure. He was very professional and caring at the same time. He even took the time to call us after the procedure had been completed to check in. Everything went as well as could be expected, and we are more than satisfied with their level of care and expertise.

I had my appointment with Dr Patel in Northboro office. I was very dissatified she spent no more than 90 seconds with me. In fact I spent more time checking in than I did with Dr Patel. I was sent to the office to check out a brownish spot on the top of my mouth which she said was probably leakage from a old filling. Dr Patel then said there is a white spot on your gum I will biospy it, it is easier to reach than the brown spot, took a picture with her iphone and walked out. Well that is not why I was there, she never asked me any questions. If she had I would of told her the white spot was biospsied a few years ago and it was negative. She left the office the girl that was left in the room with me was typing on her computer. I told her I already had it biospy and she never said a word and walked me out to make another appointmnet which of course I will cancel. It was a total waste of my time to drive to Northboro for a 90 second evaulation!! Dr Patel you need to talk to your patient and ask questions!!!!!!!!!!

I usually don't do reviews, but I was so impressed by the high level of care that I received that I felt compelled to do one. I had so many questions before booking my appointment and Taylor, at the front desk, answered them all and she was so friendly! When I went to get two teeth extracted, I was so nervous. The entire staff was so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ouano was wonderful!! He was calm and explained everything he was doing before he did it. To say I was a nervous reck was an understatement! He made me feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. My recovery has been perfect! It hasn't even been 24 hours and my mouth feels fine! I would definitely recommend Metrowest to friends and family!

Experience at this location was absolutely wonderful. The staff both at the front desk as well as the attending nurses/technicians were very kind and sensitive to my wife's needs. Dr. Wael Youseff was the greatest! He took the time and explained everything. His sensitivity and caring made this our best dentist visit. Note that my wife's recovery from her extraction is perfect.

Just back from a seamless wisdom tooth removal (4) of my teenage daughter. Start to finish with dental anesthesia 40mins! Dr. Ouano was his usual, kind, wonderful self, the assisting staff efficient including recovery assistant Kristie (hope I spelled that right). There was one 'Karen' to cast a shadow on an otherwise wonderful visit and she knows who she is! To that 'Karen' a word of advice...you do not have to be mean and belittling when telling people about HIPAA laws. In a world where you can be anything, be kind. Not only in the spirit of Thanksgiving but also bedside manner. It takes just one encounter like this to cast a shadow on an otherwise wonderful and competent team!

I was referred to Dr. Ouono by my Dentist and had a terrific experience (considering I was there to have my tooth pulled). I had broken the tooth during the pandemic and it wasn't causing me any pain so I didn't take any action. Then after a recent consult with my dentist he instructed me to get the tooth extracted as soon as possible. The front desk staff was great from the first phone call all way through the procedure and follow up. Dr. Ouono even personally followed up with a call later that day to check in on my progress. Cant' say enough kind things about this office.

This office is amazing from the staff to the doctors! My daughter has very high dental anxiety from an accident we were in when she was young. From the consult regarding wisdom teeth removal and a possible implant, to billing and general staff - I have never felt more at easy with a dentist office. They really do care about their patients!

Dr. Patel is the BEST! Had seamless experience at this office, she explained everything in detail before the procedurei, played calming music, office is spotless, and the staff make you feel comfortable. 10/10

Very friendly staff, from when you first walk in that make check-in easy, all the way up to when you see one of the surgeons. Went there for a consultation about an abnormal finding on an X-ray that may require a root canal down the road and the surgeon was very pleasant and explained everything for me and put my mind at ease by making me feel fully informed. If the condition of my tooth goes south and I have to go through with oral surgery, I know I will be in great hands here.

Super friendly staff, they were great with explaining everything to me, I had a broken tooth on top of an abscess that I had been putting off for a while due to my high anxiety and fear of the dentist. I had iv sedation and it was amazing! Was in and out, the doctor was super sweet and understanding of my fear, if I could give this place 10 stars I would! I'll definitely be going back for more!

I do not recommend going here. The staff does not take patient concerns seriously. If you have anxiety around surgery and being put under this is not the place for you because they are forceful and disrespectful.

Dr. Ouano took out my wisdom teeth and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. For months, I was dreading the operation, but thanks to the Dr's amazing staff both at the front and in the room, I was able to put my mind at ease. I wouldn't want any other place to do it and I will highly recommend Metrowest Oral Surgery!

I had a procedure today. Oral surgery is not the funnest thing to go through but this office made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Youseffs bedside manner was spot on; which made this experience a good one. His technical skills are really good too; I am sitting her on my post operative evening and even though the numbing medication has worn off I have very minimal discomfort. I had multiple procedures under twilight anesthesia and it was painless! (I have a serious phobia of anything dental) My nurses and techs were great in my recovery. Post operative instructions were clear and my medication was at the pharmacy before we got home. This was a great experience and I would highly recommend Dr. Youseff and his staff to anyone who needs oral surgery. Also as far as covid goes; this office follows all the proper protocols.

I just honestly can't be happier with this location. Dr. Youseff is an absolute entity that knows what he's doing. I reached the age that my wisdom teeth were getting impacted. One place said oh no we can't get the top ones; another said they'd do some sketchy job code. This place was the end of that. He walked in said yep those are coming out and we moved forward. I was in at 8am and out the door by 8:45 honestly. The front desk are a treasure and it's just a place that does good work. I would highly recommend them. Remember you don't pay the dentist to pull out your teeth; you pay them to pull out your teeth and making sure your jaw still works.
