I would give them one star but I give them three because the staff was very friendly, kind, and courteous. They seemed to care about my well-being, and they also gave me a veteran discount. The problem I had was their oral surgeon. I had to go in there for an emergency extraction because I had an infected tooth. My teeth are not the greatest. I always had healthy, perfectly aligned teeth, never braces, and got a lot of compliments from dentists, for many years. I got my first cavity when I was 23, got it taken care of, and have not received another one for 6 years. Ever since then my teeth have began to deteriorate and I was never able to afford dental visits, since most jobs I had did not offer dental insurance, and I lived paycheck to paycheck. My self-esteem went pretty low as a result, and I pretty much gave up trying to take care of my teeth because no matter what I did they kept rotting. When I lived in Montana I started (fearfully) seeing a dentist, when I started getting infections. At 34+ years of experience he had perfected the art of tooth extraction. He would make sure that I was numbed up, to the point where I literally would not feel anything, other than maybe my jaw joint being pulled on a little bit and he really put my faith in dentists to the highest. At Metro this dentist helped me to lose my faith again. She was aggressive and had sort of a snarky attitude. She numbed me up the proper way, with the first injection, but instead of waiting for it to set in, before giving me an injection by the infected tooth she went right for it, immediately, and it was extremely painful. Then she made a comment about how I would not have to go through that pain, had I have taken care of my teeth. "Just saying." She seemed almost angry when she said it. She didn't seem to inject me with enough to even really numb me up. She did wait between 15 to 25 minutes but I didn't feel numb enough. I mentioned that to her, so she gave me another injection, but instead of waiting for it to take effect, she proceeded to immediately start removing the tooth, and it hurt so bad, that I may as well have not been numbed up at all. It hurt to the point where I requested to just stop, and proceed with an antibiotic treatment, to try and kill the infection before extracting the tooth. She seemed fine with that but she only supplied me with a week's worth of antibiotics, which the previous dentist I had seen, in Montana, had given me a 3 week supply. The second I have fear returning to a dentist office is the second I know that something is not right. I will not be going back.

After a year of recovering from oral cancer I had dental implant surgery at Metro-West Oral Surgery. My surgeon was Doctor Youseff.....a TRUE master of his craft. I can't express how strongly I feel about his competence as an oral surgeon, a doctor and a person who genuinely cared about my health. I have been treated by many dentists and doctors over the years and Doctor Youseff ranks as one of the best. His implant surgery did more for my recovery from oral cancer than any thing else during this very difficult time. I emphatically recommend Metro-West and double down on Doctor Youseff without hesitation. If you are considering implant surgery you don't need to look any further than Metro-West Oral Surgery. Thank you Doctor Youseff and your entire staff for your care and outstanding competence.

Excellent staff, all incredibly friendly. I got wisdom teeth removal surgery and it went very smoothly. I healed very quickly and I believe it was because of the surgeons expertise.

Just completed a long Oral Surgery process that started suddenly in August, 2020, but it's covid, and I have risk factors for oral surgery. I found a great Oral Surgeon, but then they had to retire, their practice mostly shutdown. Mid-way in a process that depends very much on the expertise and judgement of the Oral Surgeon, and it's still covid. Metrowest Oral Surgical had and has the people, the availability, the expertise and the willingness. They took on my case, they were able to handle everything I needed, between their 3 locations I was able to schedule everything. Dr Frangos and her assistant Vera were awesome, I have no complications, in fact everything went so well I called back to ask what's wrong (things can't possibly be going that well!!). So the people are great and their services are top flight. Slight warning, communications can be a problem, there was so much I didn't understand and sometimes I did mis-understand. Given the timing and complexity of arrangements that doesn't affect my rating at all. I would recommend these folks to anyone.

Horrible! They made my daughter take 3 unnecessary appointments to do a procedure already ordered by her Dr. They blamed her when I told her to call and ask why after 3 visits did they STILL not do the procedure. When she informed them she told them specifically what the appointment was for their respon was why didn't you question the Dr. 18 year old girl v 65 year old Dr. Really?? I referred her to a different provider and within a week the procedure was done. They set 5 min appointments to suck money out of your insurer. Go someplace that isn't so sleazy.

This place isn't on time, they are so late. Didn't get in until an hour after my appointment time. Don't plan anything to do after a visit here!

Had all four wisdom teeth taken out. The doctor spoke with me and explained my options, risks and any other factors I should consider. Surgery went very well. Aftercare and bedside manner of all the nurses was very comforting.

Absolutely awful experience. Outright manipulative. Didn't bother to tell us they didn't take Delta Dental anymore until two days days before our surgery we've have scheduled for three weeks. And we told them that was the insurance when we booked the appointment. Put us in the situation of needing to find someone else last minute. Rude.

The care was top notch. The billing assistance left a lot to be desired. The wait was lengthy, over an hour behind schedule, caused a lot of unnecessary anxiety in my child.
