Dr. Joy-Ann S. Deane, a general dentist, received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. Her general practice residency was completed at Montefiore Medical Center/JacobiMedical Center in the Bronx, NY. Dr. Deane received Gamma Phi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Societys certificate of excellence for demonstrating exceptional ability in fixed and removable prosthodontics for all four years of dental school.
Dr. Deane has worked in private practice in Southborough and Westborough for more than ten years. Prior to that, she practiced for roughly five years in a Worcester community health center. She is dedicated to providing the highest quality of dental care and makes every effort to put her patients at ease.
Over the past several years, Dr. Deane has been honored to serve on the dental team of a multi-specialty medical mission trip. Her travels have taken her to Ghana, Jamaica, and Tobago, where thousands of underserved people have been treated and educated on living healthier.
At our practice, we work hard to treat our patients the same way we would like to be treated: with respect, professionalism, and sensitivity toward our needs. I chose to come here due to such high reviews. However, my first experience was just OK. I mentioned to the hygienist, dental assistant and doctor that It's been about 2 years since my last cleaning & despite that, Not once were any of my xrays shown to me showing where areas of concern were (as it typically always is from past dental office experiences.) I also thought that I was going in for a cleaning (which is what I had scheduled for, and the room was also clearly set up for) but due to them running behind on time, it never happened. I was a bit annoyed by that especially since they knew it has been so long since my last. Overall though, the staff seemed nice and the office was clean and spacious. Hopefully when I go back I hope to have a better experience.

Really nice dentists but they are not clear about billing. I went in for a filling and started experiencing pain afterwards in the filling. I called in and the receptionist asked me to come in. I very clearly asked if I would be billed for coming in and they very clearly told me I wouldn't have to pay because the pain was coming from a filling they did. I went in and they adjusted the filling and told me I was all set. Two weeks later I get a phone call saying I owe them money because my insurance rejected to pay for a doctor's exam. When I was speaking on to them on the phone about how this was an adjustment for a previous filling and I was told there would be no charge, they told me they would call me back later and refused to listen. They do not check insurance beforehand! Be aware of what you are getting billed for when you first get there, before you sit in the chair, and as you are leaving.

The folks that work there are awesome. Everyone from the front office , the folks that asst the dentist and the dentist themselves. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a dentist. They are just so sweet there.

My first time here...my appt was for 11:00..the hygienist was on time and kind w my anxiety issues!!! I also met Maria the staff chairperson who was very nice...she explained everything step by step...Dr. Chandra came in too who was also very nice!! I would definitely recommend this dental facility!!!!

as a facility they are ok but the whole phone confirmation is by far the worst thing they have come up with. I confirm online but if i don't confirm by phone the appt is cancelled and i cannot stand getting there only to find out that my appt has been cancelled after taking the day off from work to have to reschedule and have to take another day off to go again so why even have the option to confirm online??? Also the other day i took my daughter in to readjust her braces and the girl that removed the rubber bands left a piece of wire in one of her brackets which caused my daughters gums and inner lip to bleed i had to remove it with a pair of tweezers, she also missed a few brackets and didn't add rubber bands to some but had a lot to say about how my daughter takes care of her braces . I would go elsewhere but unfortunately we already started her braces there.

I would highly recommend this dentist office. My oral health was not great. They got my mouth back. Looking good but feeling better. I was terrified of the dentist experience. They made me feel at ease. They work at your pace. If you need a minute they are very understanding. I never had a bad experience ever here. They all are very kind. My person here is Reham. I know i can be a pain. She's just very patient with me. I feel like they show you that they care. In their great work that is done.

I just wanted to say I had a rep who her name was Karina and she was extremely rude. And disrespectful. To be honest as a company you guys should look for people who know how to treat others and not talk to them like they were garbage. I stopped going their for a year because of Customerservice and I decided to go back now and nothing changed.
