They don't provide services that we pay the insurance company for. Providers won't show credentials. Antibiotics without assessing conditions. Very shady and asks for social security and yell. Very bad service.

Wonderful dentist, Dr. Singh, but terrible scheduling by reception. They seem to just pile up appointments with no concern for how long things actually take. And absolutely no accountability. Note: this business has reviews from months ago, but the staff kept talking about the location being new for them. So, just to be really clear, I'm talking about the current ownership of the 350 Fulton location, end of January 2022, Metrotech Smile.

SO I just called because I have an emergency first they answer hello and I had to ask if it was a dental office and when I told him my insurance he said no we don't take it but it clearly says they do

Everywhere else told me it would be months . This doctor had me in 2 days and 1 week 3 root canals, par and crown and absolutely perfect . I highly recommend Everybody come to this dentist !

Awful experience from making an appointment to waiting over an hour to be seen, to bring casually told I need a filling. My dental cleaning was done in 8 minutes for front and back of upper and lower teeth... I'm appalled. The waiting room has holes in the walls and the chairs were so gross. I will not be back.

If I could give Metrotech dental office no stars I will give it no stars the owner is very nice the workers they don't even speak to you a good morning ,when you speak in the morning they just want to no if you have cash on hand if you do not and you have coverage they will take your cash and rob you blind these people only care for cash do not waste your time the women workers are very nasty the owner the Russian man is very nice The lasts that assist the doctors are very nasty they speak in their own language about you as if you're not sitting there that is very unprofessional I strongly recommend you go somewhere else to get your teeth checked I was there first today I watch them take another man in before me because he had cash on hand I didn't say anything I sat there silently and waited mind you I was already there from 11 o'clock I got seen at 1:30 to be told I needed cash this is very unfair what's the purpose of taking coverage plans if you still going to charge me cash beware do not go here unless you have tons of money. If you are not Russian don't waste your time.
