The friendly and caring pediatric dentists at Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates have all had special training and education in childrens dentistry beyond dental school. All of our pediatric dentists are board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Most of all, they are dedicated to maintaining excellence in their profession and in the care of our patients.
The dentists and dental team members at Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates have been providing quality dental care for children and adolescents in the Twin Cities since 1965. All of the pediatric dentists at Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates have special training in childrens dentistry, and we all have young children or nieces and nephews of our own. We love kids! We are aware of special problems associated with childrens teeth, such as issues caused by pacifier use, nursing or baby bottles, and juice consumption and we know how to effectively treat children with conditions resulting from these behaviors.
At Metropolitan Pediatric Dental Associates, we treat infants, babies, children, preteens and teenagers up to age 19. Our dentists have studied tooth eruption and the spacing issues that may arise with the mixed dentition of children. We understand the importance of orthodontics and offer limited orthodontic care, right in our offices.

This office is so kind and patient. My daughter used to fear the dentist and would refuse to let anyone in her mouth for anything. But now she loves going and gets excited to see her favorite assistant Jennie ! This dental office has completely changed her perspective!

We love our dentist and hygienist. Staff have a wonderful way with young kids. Very kid friendly, has TV screens for procedures rooms for kids to watch a Disney channel film - especially helpful for longer procedures or skittish kids.

Very patient with little kids, the office is awesome, has little train tracks that you follow to the office. We went to 4 different dentist offices before we heard about this one. The dentists are great, give great care and check kids teeth throughly, very clean office .this is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great office with wonderful staff! The dental assistant took her time with my three year old and made it a positive experience for him! The dentist was also great with my toddler! He explained everything in detail to us and took his time to answer any of our questions!

Excellent Service! I have been coming here for over 15 years with my children and we love it! The staff has Always been kind friendly understanding and we wouldn't change our Dr Lipshultz for anything. I wish I was a kids again just so he would be my dentist hahaha

Amazing experience, my child is never anxious or scared to go to this clinic for a dental visit. Dr. Sotillo is very detailed in his explanation and practice which is helpful for me and my child.

Great place! We have been taking our daughter here since she first had to go to the dentist. She's 7 now, we now live in Minneapolis, and we still take the drive to take her here. Very friendly staff, we don't have a "set" dentist here and just go with who is available, and every time we have been happy and she is comfortable. Thank you!

Love how friendly the staffing is! My son has gone there for 4 years now! Dr. Grove is the best. We started seeing him in fridley but now he only is in st Paul, we are willing to go to st Paul location because he is the best at what he does and takes the time for each of his patients. We tried apple tree dental and they didn't have the time for my son at 3 years old, it being a new experience for my son he just wouldn't behave and apple tree said well we just don't have the time we have to see other patients. My son has gone to other regular dentist and they didn't have the time for my son because it was his first time at the dentist. I wish all dentist like this maybe then people would want to go instead of dreading them! I love how at the end of each visit you get a token and pick out a prize afterwards. I give it 5/5 my son loves going here!
