A fantastic experience with Doctor Roger Burke! He explained in clear easy to understand words what the root canal procedures were. He also made sure of my comfort throughout. The entire office staff were so kind and I was totally impressed with every detail. In my opinion he is one of the very finest professionals I have seen in my long life and having many dental appointments. Bravo to the team.

Dr Burke is fantastic! My daughter is here for a root canal, and the staff is very friendly The whole experience has been great for both of us- highly recommend!

I called numerous endodontics offices and Metro was able to get me in same day for a root canal. I was in a great deal of pain so this was something I am very thankful to them for. The procedure was painless and I recovered to a pain free state by the evening. (Minus 2 Stars) I called their office prior to the procedure and was told I had to pay the 20% coverage balance remaining at the time of the procedure. I asked how much that would be and was given the run around of "oh we don't know that amount". In the end, the 20% remaining was estimated to be $800 for a root canal without a crown. Quick math puts the cost of this procedure at $4000.00. I opted to wait until my insurance company received the charges to pay. This isn't due to me trying to get out of a medical bill, I am fortunate to have means to pay my bills. But, my insurance website estimates the cost of this procedure to be $1200 based on other Endodontics offices within a 25mi radius of Woodbury. A medical office has the full ability to know a general close estimate of charges prior to a medical procedure being performed. If an office is attempting to charge a 3x multiple of the average estimated procedure cost, the patient has the right to know this information when it is requested.

My primary dentist referred me to an endodontist for a root canal. I was in a LOT of pain and called over a dozen places before I found somewhere that could get me in quickly - other places didn't have openings for weeks!! This was also the only place that when I called, they actually asked if I was currently in pain. They gave an accurate assessment of the cost ahead of time. The actual appointment went great (I mean, as great as a root canal can be). They explained everything well and did excellent work. Hopefully I won't need another root canal, but if I do, I'll definitely come back here!!

As painful and traumatic it is for a teen to have to get a root canal, Dr. Burke made it seems so easy. He and his assistant took incredible care of the patient. He calmed her fears and made her feel at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Burke and Metro Endo to my friends and family.

I needed 2 root canals and they did a good job getting them done and haven't had any problems in 2 years.

I've been in pain for weeks waiting to get into a different clinic to have a root canal. Called Metropolitan Endodontics this morning (wasn't referred to them) and they got me in for an emergency appt and had my procedure done by this afternoon. Dr Peterson and the staff were all incredibly compassionate and knowledgeable. My pain level now is nothing compared to this morning. I highly recommend seeking their care!!

Doctor peterson did a great job performing my procedure and got me in and out as quick as possible. The whole staff was nice and they even called to check on me the day after the procedure. If they were a dentist office I would instantly switch to their office for all of my oral care!

I had a crown put on about 4 months ago and then it led to an infection. My dentist put me on antibiotics and recommended a local endodontics office to get a root canal done. I called and they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks! No thanks. I looked up who was in my insurance group and picked Metropolitan Endodontics. I called and was able to get an appointment within a week. I had never had a root canal before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Dr. Michael Reynolds explained everything to me. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. An hour later, my root canal was done. I felt no pain/discomfort. Before I left, I took the ibuprofen they gave me thinking to get ahead of any pain. Later that night, I still felt great. I never had to took another ibuprofen or Tylenol or anything. Thank you Dr. Reynolds.

Had dr.peterson and he did an amazing job ! It takes me awhile and a lot of novicane to get me numbed up and he made sure I was completely numb before starting the root canal procedure

The care given to my daughter was great. The business office on the other hand is slow and do not return calls back. I was advised that a check would be sent to be for an overcharge. That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting. Message has been left and no one returned the call. They are quick to take your money but slow to return it when they over charge. you.
