I just had to have a root canal on my back molar; Dr. Doroschak and his assistant, Carly, were fabulous. Dr. Doroschak explained everything he was going to do and told me how it might feel. They even showed me the scans they took and explained them in detail. On top of all of that, they regaled me with excellent stories. I've had root canals before but this was the best experience I have had.

I am extremely impressed with the organization of their dental practice, professional skills, and the caring staff of Metropolitan Endodontics Ltd Eden Prairie MN dental office. State-of-the-art dental equipment compared to other Endodontics Dental Office that I was a patient at. The images from their CBCT scanner are far superior, the microscope was the best available and so are their hand tools. The procedure rooms were very well organized. Dr. Anthony Doroschak discussed various treatment procedures and cost. He performed a re-root canal and gum surgery that removed a hard infected cyst above the root of my left upper tooth. There was no jawbone above that tooth, and he also put a dental filling on top of the root canal. This dental practice is very organized. Starting with the Initial paperwork forms to a private sit-down desk that I could review the cost and make a payment. Their philosophy is the care of the patient versus profits without a lot of additional fees.

Root Canal-some sort of water pump machine was used to clean out the roots instead of the dentist. It took a long time and I was in horrific pain after Novocain wore off. My tooth is still throbbing and sensitive to pressure. I guess I'll be headed back for more work

I came in with a very infected tooth that had an abundant amount of decay. I was worried that my tooth could not be saved. Dr. Scott Doyle was an absolute miracle worker. He reassured me that we could save the tooth. The root canal was an absolute success and he was very calm and encouraging along the way. My anxiety was high but as the procedure went on I felt much more at ease. The whole process was seamless and I appreciate all of the encouragement and hard work that went along with saving my tooth. A huge thank you to Dr. Scott Doyle, his dental assistant as well as the entire staff over at Metropolitan Endodontics in Eden Prairie for a wonderful A+ experience!!

Metro Endodontics, Eden Prairie, Dr. Andrew Doroschak, was amazing! I had a precarious situation with needing a root canal to the anchor tooth of a 3 tooth bridge. He did the root canal with precision, personality and I actually enjoyed his great sense of humor. I felt he personally was invested in me and a good outcome. Thankfully, the bridge was able to remain intact and the whole procedure was complete in one sitting in an hour. I would highly recommend this practice, Dr. Doroschak. His experience and skill were notable. Thank you.

Tiffany and Dr. Doyle WERE AMAZING. I'm in the healthcare field and I was SO impressed. I loved connecting with them and listening to their amazing stories and they listened to mine. Just returned from a much dreaded root canal procedure! Dr Doroschak and Carly made my experience so painless and enjoyable!!! They were both just wonderful and would highly recommend!!!

I had an excellent experience with Dr Doroschak at the Eden Prairie office!! Absolutely no pain with my root canal. He is an artist, and a friendly one at that. The help was extremely friendly as well.

Had a root canal from Dr. Doroschak today, the whole office was incredible courteous and helpful. They saw me right on time and really did a fantastic job. He was incredibly knowledgable and made sure I didn't feel a think without making half my body numb. There is no doubt if I ever have to have another procedure, I will go back again to see Dr. Doroschak and team at Metro Endodontics.

I'm having a terrible experience with this place. I had a gum procedure done last Wednesday. I was told at the time that if I had any questions or issues afterwards that I should call. I had significant bleeding through my nose the first day. I tried calling their after hours number (as instructed in the paperwork they provided), but no one responded. It's an old school pager system where you just enter your number and then, I guess, nothing happens from there. The bleeding lessened somewhat over the next 36 hours, but returned on Friday. I called and explained the situation to the receptionist who told me a doctor would call me back. No one called. They close early on Fridays, so I again tried the after hours line (pager) twice and still no one called. I'm not sure why they provide an after hours number (and even refer to it as the "Doctor on call") if they never respond to calls made to it. I tried home treatments for the next few days, but last night the pain started becoming greater and this morning there was still bleeding, so I called and talked to the receptionist again. I explained the situation regarding my pain and bleeding, that the after hours line didn't work, and that I had been told on Friday that a doctor would call but no one did. She could not have cared less about my situation and just kept repeating that she would have a doctor call me. She seemed rather entertained by the whole situation. So, here I sit, bleeding and in pain, waiting for a call that will probably never come.

I brought my very nervous 17 year old son for a root canal. Dr Doyle and his staff reassured him, and took great care of him. At the end of the procedure my son stated that it was the best dental experience he has ever had. He denied any pain. Not much more a mom could ask for.

I was very nervous as I prepared to have a root canal. So nervous I was going to pay extra for the gas, just to try and calm myself. The morning of my appointment as I walked into the Eden Prairie office I was strangely calm. As I sat down in the chair DDS Doroschak had me laughing! Chatting with him and the rest of the team assisting felt like chatting with old friends! I made the decision not to use the gas, I was just fine! Not that I want another root canal but if I need one I will be going to Metropolitan Endodontics in Eden Prairie! Amazing experience!

Excellent service - very pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Kaufman. He has a gentle personality and approach that will calm you down if you're nervous. He explained the whole process to me and was very transparent and honest. If you need root canal work done, you couldn't find a better endodontist. Thank you Liz for putting me at ease when confirming my appointment, I felt like I was talking to a friend.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Andy Doroschak, Amber, and Janene at Metropolitan Endodontics in Eden Prairie. Starting with a Cone Beam CT, which quickly produced a 3D image of the tooth, I knew I was in good hands (the machine even played Fur Elise!). They made the draining of a tooth abscess and root canal treatment comfortable and painless. Literally y'all, the only twinge of pain the entire time I was in the office was from the needle used to pump my gums full of numbing fluid. Amber got me a soft blanket to snuggle under while the numbing fluid got to work, and I kept it on for the entire procedure. Dr. Andy explained everything he was doing, checking in often to make sure I was ok, and gave me a breathing hole on the side of the dental covering when I said I had experienced anxiety during past root canals because I tend to be a mouth breather. The only truly uncomfortable part was the draining of the abscess--not because it hurt, because the smell was HORRIBLE! Totally grossed out, but this can't be helped. At least I couldn't see it! Dr. Andy also used a technology called GentleWave(r) Procedure, which is a minimally invasive alternative to standard root canal treatment. The innovative procedure utilizes Multisonic Ultracleaning(r) technology, which enables procedure fluids to reach through the entire root canal system, providing efficient cleaning of the complex root canal anatomies. Think of a power washer for the inside of your tooth. I am home resting tonight, allowing my body to rest and heal with continuing the antibiotics and ibuprofen. I had a root canal here and I was impressed with all staff. Very competent team. Calm atmosphere with polite pleasant folks that took care of me from start to finish, including instructions on aftercare and insurance processing. Definitely recommend !!
