Ahhh... so happy my dentist referred me here. Dr.Kaufman and team did such a great job with my root canal. My anxiety was to say the least a bit high. They were patient with me to stop when needed. I did not want a step by step explanation of what he was doing and instead I got a great story about dogs and horses to keep my mind busy. I cant thank you enough. If I need this type of services again, I will not go anywhere else. And I highly recommend Metropolitan Endodontics. THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Great experience with Dr. Kaufman. They were able to get me in within one day of my dentist's referral and he was great during the procedure. The team's follow-up following the procedure was also top notch.

Dr. Eric Grutzner in my opinion is a 10 out of 10!! He has the best bedside manner EVER! He is not you typical fly by not dr. where most doctors are in and out. He takes your concern very seriously and explains any findings in a very detailed way and gives you plenty of time for your concerns. I mean this when I say this: If all doctors had his bedside manner, we would be in a perfect world!! Dr. Eric G. is simply put-AMAZING! -J.W.

This is such a beautiful office with amazing caring and kind people. I had a root cannel done today and Dr. Grutzner was absolutely awesome. He is very knowledgeable and has the best patient care, I was treated like his own family member and he discussed in details about my tooth and it's condition and the procedure itself, He made all my anxiety despite. His assistant Nate was just as amazing and knowledgeable. It's always scary for most to have to even visit the Dentist but if you ever find yourself in need of Endodontic treatment to save your tooth please give Metropolitan Endodontics your first call. They will take care of you like family.

Metro Endodontics was able to get me in same day for an emergency root canal. I was in severe pain unlike I had ever had before. The staff was very friendly and compassionate. The procedure was painless, I couldn't believe it. Numbing me up was very painful but that was because of my issue in my mouth. I truly never felt any discomfort during the root canal. These guys are amazing. 5 stars!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Kaufman was awesome! He was very thorough and explained in detail what was going on with my tooth, even sharing a personal story. Very pleasant experience - the fact I don't have to pursue any treatment on my tooth at this time was the cherry on top! :)

Dr. Kaufman is a class act. I had been passed around to several doctors and dental specialists, but he found the root of all of my issues and everything is solved for me now. He's very direct and explains everything really well. 10/10

I had the best dental visit ever! As a person who is terrified of dental work due to past history in my youth and several years ago, I can't express the fear I had heading in for an emergency root canal procedure. From the friendly, professional check-in process to the completed procedure, I felt completely taken care of in a professional, pain-free manner. Dr. Finley and Jessica were efficient, made the procedure as stress-free as they could, and even created a few smiles along the way! I was able to listen to music on noise reducing head phones so I couldn't hear anything! I would recommend this team with a big thumbs up! Thanks for making my recent visit as great as you all did!!

Professional, friendly and kind staff. I had a root canal done. I was very fortunate that they squeezed me in. Dr Mittelsteadt and Jessica treated me very well. It's kind of a nerve racking procedure, but they made it very doable.

I had a root canal and was very happy with the entire procedure. Metro Endodontics staff fist made sure I needed one with several tests and teeth scans. When we were all in agreement that it was necessary, the procedure went quite quickly, the doctor was very efficient, I was kept as comfortable as possible under the circumstances, and kept informed as to what was going on. Would definitely recommend them.

I came to Metro Endodontics after having had a bad experience with a dentist. That person had dislocated my jaw as she tried to do the root canal procedure. Dr. Kauffman was assigned to my case and proved to be a huge blessing. He listened as I explained my genetic condition that causes joints to easily dislocate. He was kind, gentle, highly skilled. Between he and his assistant Nick, they willingly explained everything step by step, something no other dentist had ever done. I would highly recommend him to anyone with EDS (Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome)

The best experience I have ever had getting my teeth worked on. Dr. Coffman and Erin were great. Very attentive, explained everything clearly. Showed me X-rays of what they were going to do and also after completion of procedure. They were very thorough. I've had many different teeth procedures over the years and this was the best. Would highly recommend them.

I had Dr Kaufman for my provider. He was very good about explaining what they planned to do, in fact, he was willing to let me record our appointment so my wife, a dental assistant, could know what he said. Then during my procedure, he took a pic so she could see what he found and did. I was glad to have someone so open to share all the details since my wife was not able to attend appointments.

Dr. Kaufman and staff at Metropolitan Endodontics in Burnsville are very friendly and welcoming. The care our patients receive when we refer them to his clinic is top notch, with the latest technologies in Endodontics and the highest level of care. Dr. Kaufman always answers our patients' questions and gives good clear instructions before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend Metropolitan Endodontics to anyone needing this specialty.

Today I had an appointment with Dr Eric Grutzner. I went for a root canal with the possibility of loosing my tooth if Dr. Grutzner could not save the tooth. It was the most painless procedure which I have heard nightmare stories about! Not only was the procedure painless but Dr Grutzer saved my tooth and the old crown that he removed! It was a great day! The bonus is Dr. Grutzer has a wonderful sense of humor and makes it fun to go the dentist!!
