This place is junk do not go there nobody answer phone also the service is not good at all the dentist upstairs is garbage on second floor they have elevator is not working for long time they said is bin months no one fixed my parents are 80 years old they cant walk they have to walk to 2nd floor like 4 times in 4 weeks and still not ready not job done also nody pickup there calls please dont waste ur time and money please dont go there this place i not good at all

The worst dental place felt like I was a rat in a maze a labyrinth place. They took xrays but didn't perform anything only wanted to charge my insurance this place needs to close down

If i could give it zero stars, i would. I went for a regular cleaning. First they took x-rays of my teeth which isn't Supposed to hurt but it did. Very uncomfortable, why would they put TAPE on the camera. Before the cleaning, i asked the lady if it would hurt and she said no, but guess what? IT HURTS A LOT. I'm still in pain. I went with no pain and came back with pain. Horrible place, do not go there.

BADDDDDD SERVICE LADY ON THE PHONE IS RUDEEE . THEY HAVE TO KNOW WHO TO BE RUDE TO BC PEOPLE WILL COME TO YOUR JOB & DO BAD THINGS I CALLED BACK 9 TIMES TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE BUT THEY RATHER IGNORE A PREGNANT LADY

The wait is really long. It doesn't even matter if you come to your appointment on time or not. Expect to be waiting at least one hour to be seen. Parking is also difficult if you are traveling by car.

I used to be scared of dentist until i found this place, the staff and doctors make feel so comfortable.

I'm probably the only positive rating here but I promise you I'm not sponsored or affiliated with the staff in any way besides me just being a patient. For me personally I've had nothing but positive experiences EVERYTIME I've been here and I've been here 3 times in the past 2 years. In the morning and in the evening as well and going at different times hasn't effected my experience either . So far everytime I've been here the staff has been friendly and helpful . It's usually not packed maybe 2-3 people before me depending on the time I go and even with that it usually doesn't take me that long to be seen by a dentist . Like honestly my appointments be completed in 30-40 Mins. TOPS. Maybe less than that because once I fill out my updated form (which I do EVERYTIME I go there ) , then I get my x-rays right after no less than maybe 2-5 mins after , and then I sit for about 5 mins , the dentist checks me , and then I go home which is great for me lol . I'm really sorry for whoever has had a bad experience I hope I never do but y'all know I'm going to keep you guys updated if I ever do

I came here two weeks ago the Assistant made me feel so confortable with her spanish, i understood my treatment completely and the girl in the front is very sweet and fast definetly reccommend this Office.
