I was called into the area for the X-ray 10 minutes before my appointment and was provided options which was implemented in record time. The staff was very efficient and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone needing treatment.

This group of people are fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and kind. While I was there the receptionist was on a phone call with someone that wasn't understanding the address. The receptionist was so calm and never got frustrated with the caller. I recommend this practice to anyone!

This is my second time having dental services done at Metroplex Orthodontist in Mansfield, TX. I had a root canal done and experienced no pain or any discomfort. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for your great service.

Dr. Bishop is a very patient and kind man. I was sent to him from the VA and he is taking excellent care of me. He makes certain I understand the treatment he is providing to me and what to expect every step of the way. Rose always makes my day no matter what my mood is. They are so blessed to have her on their staff. The front desk workers are friendly and so very professional each and every time I go into their office. I am so happy the VA chose them to take care of my dental needs. WU

They were able to see me and do my procedure on the same day my dentist determined I needed a root canal done. What a relief from the pain. The staff were exceptional and caring and I thought Dr Bishop was very gentle and thorough.

If I could give limitless stars to this location in Mansfield, I would. It is amazing the difference that is made when a customer/patient receives EXECELANT customer service. Everyone at the Mansfield location from the front desk, Arlene and Maddison, to the dental assistant, Rose, made us feel like family. They were so kind and professional. My daughter had a procedure done that made her so nervous. They made her very comfortable and treated her as if we had been coming there for years. When actually, my daughter was a new patient. Dr. Bishop was AMAZING!! He was so patient and kind to my daughter. He answered all her questions. Her procedure took two visits. We received the same exemplary treatment both times. If ever you need dental work done, the Mansfield location of Metroplex Endodontics is among the best. I unfortunately had to do business with their Duncanville location. That was a HUGE disappointment. The treatment we received at their Mansfield office I will never forget. Thank you Dr. Bishop and your outstanding team.

My wife's experience at Metroplex Endo was very positive. Needed a root canal and she got an appt in a timely manner. Was seen by Dr. Knoll who completed the work in a professional, caring manner. The front office staff was friendly and helpful. We have used this Endo office for years when it was in their original location. They always do a great job. Highly recommend.
