Love this office and their staff! I was referred to them by my general dentist for a root canal and they got me in to be seen right away. Doctor Knoll is amazing; so friendly and professional as well as her assistant. They made me feel taken care of and like they cared about me and my needs. I will definitely be back if I end up needing another root canal in the future and will be referring everyone I know here.

Daisy, Erica and especially Dr. Bishop made coming for a root canal an amazing experience. They were all very pleasant and extremely professional. I would recommend Metroplex Endodontics to everyone. I have no pain. This is the least amount of pain I have ever experienced after having dental work. Thank you all again!

Finally, an answer that no dentist could give me , as to what has been causing all my problems with my crown for years! Dr. Bishop is extremely knowledgeable and professional. She knew what the problem was and was able to explain it so that I fully understood my options. The assistant was equally knowledgeable in her roll. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. Though they didn't tell me what I wanted to hear, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you, Dr. Bishop. At least now, I have some clarity.

Need a root canal? Don't stop, run to Dr. Bishop. She is the best. I wish she was a general dentist as well, as I would go nowhere else. She is informative, knowledgeable, patient, and gentle. I didn't feel a thing today or in the past. I walked in once in dyer pain and swollen due to another dentist who had no idea how to do a root canal (he did it in 5 mins) and left me infected of the worst kind. Dr. Bishop saved me. She knew which antibiotics to give me, took care of my pain... then treated the tooth.Her assistant is awesome as well. I can't speak more positive... just go. Trust me. Thanks Dr. Bishop--

Dr Bishop did a good job on my root canal and his office staff was very kind and helpful. Dr Bishop did seem a bit irritated at my questions, I found him a little short with me. I'm not sure I would want to go back, though he did a better job than the previous endodontist I went to.

I prefer to not give any stars, but it would not let me post unless I gave at least one. I called to reschedule an appointment at the Duncanville location Thursday, July 20. The scheduling manager, Rebecca, was extremely rude and VERY unprofessional. She was determined to tell me how wrong I was about the appointment I previously made. I was not interested in debating with her or arguing with her. It didn't seem to matter that I was essentially a customer. She was very glad to tell me she was the scheduling manager even though she represented her title poorly. I was appalled. This whole conversation was on the phone. I didn't have to step foot in their office. I would not ever want to do so.
