Dr. Takanari Miyamoto received his D.D.S. and M.B.A from Creighton University. In addition, Dr. Miyamoto obtained his M.S. from Boston University and a Ph.D. from Nihon University. Dr. Miyamoto serves as a tenured Professor of Periodontics at Creighton University. He is also an adjunctive faculty member at the College of Dentistry University of Nebraska.
Dr. Kim grew up in California and received a B.S. in Biochemistry at UCLA. She received her dental degree from Boston University and graduated with high honors. She completed her residency training in Orthodontics and received her Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Orthodontics and Master of Science in Dentistry in the Department of Health Policy and Health Services Research at Boston University.
Dr. Melissa Lang is a Board-Certified Periodontist who graduated with the Highest Distinction from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. In 2007, she received a Certificate in Periodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.

Our surgical room has a wide screen surgical monitor and 3 large windows with a great view for our patients to relax prior to the surgical procedures and meets the standards of a full operating room, having separate suction and air conditioning for proper sterility during sophisticated periodontal and dental implant procedures.
Furthermore, using the iTero 3-D digital imaging solution, Dr. Kim, Dr Miyamoto and our team can improve patient comfort through the Invisalign process, dental implant process, reducing the need for uncomfortable impressions and allowing creation of custom Invisalign tray, custom implant abutments and restorations, improving patient results.
Finally, the Orthodontic Treatment Center as well as Periodontal Reconstructive Surgical Center at Metro West Orthodontics Periodontics introduced the most sophisticated 3D digital technology, Sirona XG3D 3-D Imaging system
Dr. Kim and Dr Miyamoto and the team can reconstruct and understand the bone level to prepare for orthodontic movement prior to the treatment and map an entire course of dental implant treatment from surgical placement of dental implants and abutments to final restorations.
