Staff members were helpful and friendly, and the dentist was thorough and genuine. The only issue is that it's kind of hard to find, they don't really have a sign. I also had to call a couple of times to get through, but I still got a hold of them. No big deal, I was happy with their service. I would recommend this place

Worst dental i have ever experience. They are never open, no one never answers the phone when i call. I have left over 10 voicemails in the pass 4 months and still have not gotten a call back or text message. If you are thinking about going here I will not think too long it will be NO!!!

Made my appointment about 2 months ago for August 30th at 2:30 left school about an hour early . So I can be on time for this appointment and when I arrived the office was close. Didn't even receive a call or message. So unprofessional.

Terrible experience! Staff is unprofessional and disrespectful. The office is never open and the phones are never answered. My daughter has had orthodontic treatment for 16 months with them and they are constantly canceling appointment. Her bands have only been changed 3 times! During those 16 months her bands should've been changed 8 times this was due to the multiple scheduling error on their part since we schedule before leaving the office and their cancelations. When we complained the staff was rude, disrespectful and wouldn't take responsibility for their mistakes rather blamed me for not going in when the office is open. Needless to say I will be taking my daughter to a different dental office considering the many establishments that I'm sure will do a much better job and wouldn't mind the out of pocket pay. It's unfortunate that the dentist have to pay for the staffs negligence and disrespect to their patients.

Prices are very affordable and reasonable that most people can afford out of pocket. Even when it's expensive they are more than willing to assist in order to get you the help you need.

I come here normally just for cleanings and regular check up. I love the going here. Staff is always polite even when I've see people yell at them they keep a professional attitude never arguing back and staying calm. I also love the fact that they have other satellite facilities so if there is an emergency and I can't wait I can visit another one. Prices are very affordable and reasonable that most people can afford out of pocket. Even when it's expensive they are more than willing to assist in order to get you the help you need.

This place should change the business name to Ghetto Smiles. If you wan't to be treated like cattle and just tossed through a system, this is the place for you. Once you walk in you will see what I mean. They have 50 cent chairs lined up from corner to corner to hall in the cattle. Once you are seen by a Dentist, make sure it's really a Dentist and not just the assistant. After the terrible service, we have been begging them for 1 month now to transfer our files to our new dentist. But its the same story, we are too busy, call back tomorrow. I called today and they claim the only person that can assist is in Chicago's office and is off today. Really? We have been waiting 30 days now. If you care about your teeth, please look elsewhere.
