My son went to this place because his crown came out. This happened during a time of my insurance being changed and we were looking for a new dentist. This Dr treated my child so bad and didn't do anything to help him, pretty much told him he needs to find a main dentist or go to an expert cause nothing he could do. He was in and out of there in minutes.. He didn't even try to service him. Unfortunately I can't remember his name. He was very very nasty and rude, I was tempted to go back in there and lose it but what's the point. I'll take my business elsewhere.

My mom had an appointment with them today and I'm very grateful that they're team took very good care of her. It was a in and out experience definitely will be returning for future dental needs!

I love taking my kids to Metro smiles. They're nice, patient, and get you out quickly. The dentist are very kind also gentle.

GHETTO!!!! Do not I repeat DO NOT go to this office. My son and I have braces from them. The materials they use are cheap! The front staff are Rude and they don't have private rooms. Your basically right next to someone seeing everything that's going on. I wish I could give 0 stars!!

So far horrible experience! I was told to come in 15 minutes before my appointment which is 1:30. I got here early & is STILL waiting 45 minutes later FOR AN APPOINTMENT. I already have a phobia coming here & to be here waiting a hour plus is horrible I'm sure I won't be retuning

pros Friendly staff cons even if you set an appointment you'll sit around and wait biggest con once you get in the back there's no privacy all the chairs are set up like you're in a barber shop or beauty salon which felt weird because everybody can see everybody not sure if I'll return because of this at least put up some dividers

This is the worst Dental place I've ever been to. My first doctor told me I needed permanent retainers because my gums were going to force my teeth to open back up. I get a new doctor and he tells me that as long as I wear my plastic retainers everyday, I should be good. That was false information. My teeth shifted back open 6 days after they took my braces off and my new doctor had the nerve to tell me "you must have not been wearing your retainers" No sweetheart, you must not have studied the gums. My first doctor told me BEFORE I got braces put on that my teeth were going to shift back open if I didnt get PERMANENT retainers. I do not like my new doctor at all. He needs to be fired. I have braces on right now AGAIN and they're making me pay for it and AGAIN and this time he's going to refer me to another place that DOES permanent retainers. Worst experience I'd ever had. Do not waste your money here at all.

This place is absolute garbage. I have my braces in right now. I have teeth still missing in the back so they're not connected to a bracket. So every time I chew food it bends on the wire. The material is so cheap that it breaks and I have to dig out that broke wire out my gums. I told them this before and they just say it's my fault. I tried talking to one of the doctors about it and all they said was " sorry I'm not a orthodontist" then tells my mom to come in and tell her he can't do anything about it. After he then says "sorry maybe next time" this place just wants to get paid so they don't care about you. I can't wait for these to come of because this has been absolute torture.

Wonderful place to go!!! Dr. Brady had my top teeth out quickly with no pain during and after. I am quite pleased with the whole process of getting my top dentures as well. It's taking them a little while but at least they are taking their time and getting them done right.

My visits are always terrible. They take way too long and never receive my calls. When I have appointments they change them to other appointments I did not make. The website says it's opened from time to time but when I show up to the location the building is closed.. Not to mention the way I was treated when I had 4 extractions done.... the doctor called me a baby... for tearing up due to the extreme pain because he didn't let the anesthesia quick in before starting the procedure.
