I had a great experience at The Metro Smiles in Cicero. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The services are quick and efficient! 10/10 would recommend.

If you have been to other Dentist offices you'll agree they have the worst customer service. I made an appointment for my kids and myself for our yearly clean up. I heard about this place thru my insurance, since we had new insurance due to job change. Tell me why my appointment was at 3:30pm and the receptionist calls my name at 4:15 to tell me they can't get ahold of my insurance thru the phone ? Why are they just calling my insurance now? The appointment was made a month ago. That I know they verify your insurance before you come in and if they have any issues they call you before your appointment. What's the point of asking for your information when you are setting the appointment for if they are just going to sit on it till you go in. Done venting this was my experience they lost 3 customers today.

The staff is very friendly and polite. They take the time to answer your questions. They also take the time and explain to you what they are doing step by step. Max and Saul have a very positive energy. Over all good place to get braces.

Very great experience. My upper retainers would not fit but Dr. Wiseman walked me through the process and i got a new impression that same day for new retainers and for a good price.

The receptionist are courteous however I would not recommend doing business with Metro Smiles. I have braces now and every two months I come for my scheduled appointment(other dental offices have monthly appointments for braces so it is strange they only see patients with braces every two month but bill me $165 every month on the dot) Every visit I have to wait on them for minimum 30 minutes, it is now 5:50 PM and I am still waiting to be seen for my 5:00PM appointment. This has been the case even before Covid. Once my braces are removed I will not be returning even for something as simple as cleaning. I paid $90 for cleaning.It took the tech 2 minutes to "clean" my teeth. From my experience the services they have provided are not worth the prices they charge. I write this review in hopes the owner sees this and takes action to better the services being provided to clients.

Very good service. Front desk girls are very nice, and they really go the extra mile to help out. Doctor was very nice too, and really helped my kids not be that nervous.

I've been coming here for 2 years now, have my braces treatment and regular dentist work done here and if you're wondering where to go, don't hesitate to come here! They're so good about reminding you of your appointments too! The vibe is great there! Don't hesitate to visit them!

I had a appointment at 1:50pm I'm still in the waiting area an hour later. Everyone here is so rude, this particular office always over schedule clients. If I didn't have braces I wouldn't return.

Horrible. You have to wait hours to get seen and even if you do, its only a short 10 minute appointment. I 100% will not be returning after I get my braces off. They are rude and ignore you when you're trying to get more of something they require. They say wait a few more months but than insist you need it for more than a year after. Seriously, don't come here.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! FIRST I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE THEY COULD ANSWER MY PHONE CALL AND WHEN THE LADY ANSWERED MY PHONE CALL SHE WAS GIVING ATTITUDE FROM THE START ! I DO NOT KNOW WHY THEY WERE WORKING TODAY IF APPARENTLY THEY ONLY ACCEPT PATIENTS ON TUESDAY ! THEY NEED TO HIRE A NEW CREW BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY CANT HANDLE A SIMPLE RECEPTIONIST JOB ! THEY WERE NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR JOB WHAT SO EVER! PERIOD ! SHOULD BE 0 STARS !

My teeth were super crooked and in one year and couple of months they were perfect. I love this place :))
