The front desk was friendly, my hygienist took the time to make sure any concerns I had were addressed. The dentist answered all of my questions and my teeth feel and look great.

I had a complicated problem today involving a problem tooth and an upcoming surgery. I was understood and listened to and together we came up with an action plan that meets my needs. I really appreciate Dr. McGregor and all her staff's assistance.

It is closest to home so convenient. Frustrating to have such a long wait time for cleaning. Brittany did a great job of cleaning and explaining step by step what she's doing. I thought it strange that a new-to-me dentist didn't introduce herself. Office is clean and bright

Dr. McGregor and staff are most excellent, and deserve a definite 5-star rating, if not for frequent problems with front desk, especially billing. Several of my voicemail messages are not returned, and twice within the past five months, I have been overcharged for services. When I call to explain the problem and point out the error, my comments are ignored. Although the first charge was resolved, the second remains in dispute. I have never had a single problem with billing in the past 20 years, nor treated in this fashion.

The dentist should have a major role in cleaning the teeth instead of checking the teeth after they've been cleaned.

From start to finish it was such a pleasure. I was warmly greeted right away despite it being a little busy. They proceeded to hand me a form to fill and within 3 minutes I was shown to the chair despite being 10min early to my appointment! Brittany was very friendly and answered all of my questions before the doctor came in. The teeth cleaning was gentle, very thorough and well done. When it was time for me to talk to the doctor, she was also very kind and gentle and made me feel at ease. She answered all of my questions to the fullest and with such care and gave great advice. I didn't feel like I was pushed to purchase unnecessary things either which is always a bonus! Check out was extremely fast. I didn't catch the lady that was at the front desk, but she was super friendly, had amazing attitude and was fast! As soon as I met up with my partner, I told him he HAS to come to this metro dental! It's perfect! Thank you to all the staff for such a great first experience at this location!

Distinctive Dental Services Col. Hts at 4716 Central avenue was a horrible and non-compassionate experience. I should have went by my first instinct not to go. I was shopping for a dentist and called them. From the start, the receptionist was rude on the phone and in the office. She called me way too many times with a bad attitude and ended up changing my appt time. Then she called me back, the very next day to confirm after I told her I didnt want any more calls and even then, continued to argue with me. I was seen for the consultation and xrays and then was "scolded" by the dental assistant when I asked her why she was interrupting me while I was talking with the temporary hygenist about my care. The assistant and the desk clerk/appt setter both raised their voices at me more than once and were rude and condescending to me. I was mortified... Then I got a letter from Daniel Eulberg (I still cannot figure out if he is a dentist or a dental practitioner?) he stated that they didnt want me as a patient? I thought "I don't want to be treated by you anyway and that makes 2 of us. Thank God they didnt work on my front teeth.

My kids and I have been going to Metro Dental in Wayzata for about 3 years. They are great with the kids and always explain what is going on. The kids love going there!
